Not knowing very much about carpet cleaning, but with several annoying stains I wanted gone, I emailed these guys and they were very prompt in response and were easy to set up an appointment with. The staff was courteous and definitely gave it full effort. I remained in my apt through the process which wasn't unpleasant at all, even in winter with the apartment sealed. I am pleased with the stain-free result with no inconvenient wait time.
Pros: Quick, easy, professional, nice
