20 year veteran of Stanley Steemer has become a convert 12/2/2009

As a very reluctant customer , we decided to try a dryclean method. We have 3 boys, and a 1year old dog, so you can imagine what kind of tracks are on our carpets throughout our home. We really did not think this method would remove dirt completely from the dog and kids, urine stains (that were previously removed from Stanley Steemer but still left a ring), and even some of the natural oil residue left by our puppy's furcoat. All of these were completely removed!! So yes, we are believers and Terryis awesome! Thanks for getting a reluctant person to try it one time! All Companies Should be this Way 12/2/2009

This was my first time using Carpet DryClean and they did not disappoint. Miguel Polo was extremely knowledgeable about the process and took the time to thoroughly explain it to me. It was refreshing to see someone who took that much pride in his work. It was easy to see that my utmost satisfaction was his goal. The results were a carpet that looked like new and smelled clean and fresh. Being a pet owner this was a real blessing for me. From initial phone contact to completion of job by Miguel Polo, my experience with ""Carpet Dryclean, Inc."" was a very pleasant experience. Miguel, arrived at scheduled time, and was very competent in explaining in detail what he was going to do. He also demoed product capabilities prior to initiating service, giving me the opportunity to evaluate results before making final commitment. THE BEST Way and Company To Clean Your Carpets! 11/28/2009

I have had my Carpets cleaned at least 3 times by Carpet Dry Clean, and this last time was nothing less than perfect! We had a few stains in our high traffuc hallway, of which I would have never thought they would get out, but the carpet is like NEW! Victor, Jose, and Anthony were very friendly and went out of their way to answer alot of my questions - even left me a complimentary tool to use in between cleanings! Thank you Carpet Dry Clean once again for an awesome job. Pros: TIMELY, EFFICIENT, HIGH QUALITY and FRIENDLY Staff Cons: None So Far! more

Great carpet service 11/27/2009

I needed the carpet cleaned quickly -- we had just finished prepping the house for sale and were moving staging furniture in in a few days. Carpet Dryclean was able to get in quickly, leaving the carpet dry enough to move furniture in the next day. As a bonus, their process left the whole house smelling fresh! They cost more than the other cleaning companies, however you get what you pay for. I love the fact that you can walk on your carpets immediately after they clean them and you carpets are dry. They use a product that leaves your carpets smelling FRESH. Elmer Ramon and his assistant are very friendly and attentive to my directions of what I want areas in my home I want dry cleaned. excellent organic choice for carpet cleaning 11/24/2009

I was drawn to this company because they use non-toxic, organic cleaner. Most carpet cleaners are very harmful to people-especially children. My daughter has a sensitivity to chemicals and she was fine to be in the house right after it was done. I left all the windows open for 2 hours following the cleaning. Carlo & Froilan did a very professional and excellent job. Our carpets have not looked this good in years. Carlo walked through the house and gave me the exact price before they started. Oh yes- and they offer you a $10 check if you post a review. Excellent marketing strategy! Pros: non-toxic, great customer service, great cleaning more

My technician did a great job. Because I was a first time customer, the technician carefully explained and demonstrated the process and answered my questions. He was very careful in moving my furniture to clean in all areas. He put everything back in the proper place. My carpet was dry and ready to walk on when he left and it looks great! Terry arrived on time and did a really great job with our carpet. I had some rust stains on the floor from a wrought iron lamp. Terry said that it may not come out but he would work on it and he did too there is no evidence of any stain left in that area. I wouldn't hesitate to reccomend their carpet cleaning services to anyone. Pros: Arrived at exactly the time they said they would! Cons: Don't know of any. more

Ferdi and his dad were prompt, polite and professional. I had old stains and I smoke. All the stains came out and 3 days later still no shadow effect like I have always had with steam cleaning. The smoke smell in my house is gone as well. I am very pleased. The greatest thing is NO DRY TIME! I recommend this service to everyone! Pros: Dry, very clean and great smell more

Ferdi called ahead to tell me he would arrive in 30 minutes and did so about 40 minutes into the 12 - 2 window I was given. He was professional and courteous. Ferdi assured me the ink and pet stains would be removed and they are gone. I'm totally satisfied with the results and the process and will definitely be a repeat customer. Way better than steam or shampoo. I highly recommend Carpet Dry Clean. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed. Prompt, professional service 11/21/2009

The process is completely dry and safe, and did a good job. I have pets, and it took the fur and dirt out of the furniture nicely. There was a little of the cleaner left that dried (normal and described on the container), but that was not a big deal. Absolutely NO dry time so I was able to use the furniture immediately after the crew left. They were both professional and helpful. I bought the ""bucket"" of cleaner for spot cleaning between visits, and it was a good deal for $20. Pros: on time, professional behavior, no down time for drying Cons: a little expensive more
