Great Job, customer service in short notice 2/8/2010

Great customer service, on time and Elmer who cleaned the carpet was very professional and friendly explaining the process. I was very pleased with the way it removed urine, as we have a dog who had some accidents over time. Pros: quick and doesn't have to dry Cons: so far so good more

Great results! 2/8/2010

Polo did an excellent job providing me with an accurate quote, explaining the process and testing the process to show me immediate results. I took before and after photos, with flash, as this is a very effective way to expose things that are not quite as obvious to the naked eye. We have 2 year old berber carpet that had a few large urine stains from a German Shepherd and Carpet Dryclean pretty much eliminated all the stains. On one particular stain (not from urine) the results were still great...only the lightest trace of the stain could be seen when looking at a photograph closely. This stain was not visible without the photo. I'm very pleased with the results and plan on hiring them to have the carpet cleaned in another house. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them. Pros: Quick; no dry time; very effective stain removal on berber Cons: A bit pricier than steam cleaning. more

Feelin' Fresh! 2/6/2010

Victor, Roland and Jose were on time, straightforward and worked quickly. They moved furniture (not the unreasonably large things, of course) in order to clean a majority of the floor space. They answered questions politely and were very friendly while they were here. Our carpets look and smell great. Pet stains were removed and deodorized. I've never had our carpets cleaned, so I have nothing to compare it to, but I was very happy with the service and the results. Pros: Great service, pay by the amount of product used more

Carpet Cleaning Done Right 2/1/2010

I appreciate the use of organic solvents that are safe for use in the home. The sanitizing aspect that eliminates germs, bacteria, and dust mites is a great feature due to my dust allergies and having a pet in the home. Terry was most knowledgeable and gave troublesome areas extra attention. I would never consider using any other method of carpet cleaning. Pros: no drying time, effective but gentle on carpet more

Vance did a wonderful job cleaning my carpets. My husband and I recently got rid of our dog due to a new baby in the home and the carpets look brand new. Like Vance promised there was no dry time at all. Great service!!!! Pros: No dry time on your carpet....ready as soon as cleaned!!! Cons: NONE!!!! more

We wont ever go back to steam cleaning! Our carpets were so clean and dry. With three large dogs and a nine month old we give our carpet a beating and they looked amazing when they left. Pros: Clean dry carpets more

The only one I use 1/22/2010

Have used many times and will continue to do so. Never was comfortable with dry times of ""steam cleaners"". They were typically soaking more than moist. Child with asthma sealed the decision. He typically is not here when cleaning is done. Chemical has a fresh , but strong odor which permeates throughout house. Odor of chemical dissipates quickly after vacuuming again later as recommended. Nice people and very prompt. Pros: ease of appt, prompt, no dry time Cons: more money, but I think worth it... more

Great customer service 1/20/2010

I decided to try Carpet Dryclean based on the fantastic Citysearch reviews. I was incredibly impressed by the customer service. Few businesses strive this hard to satisfy their customers. My carpets didn't have any stains, so it's hard to know if a traditional steam cleaning service would have gotten them as clean. However, it was very nice to be able to walk on the carpets right away. The only drawback I had with my experience was the difference in the phone quote and the actual price. It was significantly higher than what I had budgeted for cleaning my carpets. Fortunately, the company called several hours after my service to inquire about my satisfaction. I was able to express my surprise at the price, and I was told about their policy of not charging more than 10% over their quote. I was then informed that my credit card would be refunded the applicable difference. Pros: No drying time, use of organic cleaning product Cons: Price more

Victor Roland, with Carpet Dryclean, Inc. did a fantastic job on my carpets. He was very knowledgeable about the product and explained how it works. He even gave a before/after demonstration which sold me right away.\r There's no irritating odor, it's non-toxic, environmentally friendly, even removes ped odors (I have two cats and a dog). I've used another carpet drycleaner in the past and was not as satisfied with the result. Give this company a try, I think you'll be glad you did. Pros: It's a 'dry' way to clean carpets that actually works great. Cons: Very satisfied with the product, service, & result-no cons! more
