We called Carpet Dryclean after my husband had heard another company's ad on the radio for ""practically waterless"" cleaning. Once I called them and got their poor customer service treatment over the phone and got past their gimmic that was advertised which was not available, I decided to do some more research on this ""waterless"" carpet cleaning.\r
\r
When I looked into it further, I found that Carpet Dryclean was really the only one in the area using this organic product to safely clean carpets. With two small dogs being the reason that we needed our carpets cleaned in the first place, I wanted to make sure whatever we cleaned with was safe for tiny pet feet!\r
\r
I called and spoke to a friendly associate and set up the appointment and was told they could come out the following day! Amazing! Miguel Polo showed up right on time and quickly went to work explaining the process that he would be working on the carpet, as well as giving us a large demonstration. The demo blew us away, and our carpet that we thought for sure was going to have to be replaced looked like new again. However, the best test of all was the smell of the cleaning solution, and the removal of the pet odor that was previously on the soiled carpet.\r
\r
It has been three weeks now and our carpet still smells amazingly fresh, looks perfectly groomed, and is better than we could have imagined.\r
