Cleaning team arrived about 5 minutes before scheduled time and thoroughly explained and demonstrated the cleaning process. They were very courteous and readily answer all my questions. The process is totally different from the old soap and high pressure water method. They hand scrubbed all spots and heavy traffic area before doing the complete area. Great results. The carpet was sprayed with a liquid and some parts of the carpet were still wet once the work was complete. Overall the carpet looks quite good -- there were a few stains missed that I did myself. This is the 3rd time to get our carpets cleaned by Carpet Dryclean. They look great. Terry, as always, was wonderful to work with. He was on time. Our dog had thrown up the morning before he cleaned. Terry came in and it did not bother him to clean these spots. Setting up an appointment is very easy - not much of a wait to get them cleaned. Pros: cleaning dog stains-wonderful! I researched many companies before deciding on Carpet Dryclean. They use an organic non-toxic cleaning agent that is environmentally friendly and safe for my three chihuahuas. I had my carpets cleaned by Carpet Dryclean today and was so impressed with the smell, look and feel of my carpets after the gentleman was finished! They look like I just had my whole house re-carpeted again! I love the snowy cleaner they used and I even get refills on my bucket of snow cleaner free! There is just a nice mild fresh smell in my house now and I am very impressed and will be calling them again and again to care for my carpets! I called Carpet Dryclean and they were out on the same day I called. I had a heavily stained carpet due to a bad tenant. I was expecting to have to replace the carpet.\r \r The crew of Victor, Roland and Neil got up all of the stains and it looks great. My carpets looked good right after they were cleaned, but the stains came back the next day. I specifically asked them to come to remove dog urine stains but the technician said he probably only needed to spray on some spots and left me with the solution to spray a few days later. I did not appreciate having to spray especially since he said it can burn your skin. I will be calling them to come back but that is inconvenient for me. Hopefully they can get all of the spots and stains out the second time. Pros: No drying time needed Cons: Cleaning powder had a strong citrus smell more

We called Carpet Dryclean after my husband had heard another company's ad on the radio for ""practically waterless"" cleaning. Once I called them and got their poor customer service treatment over the phone and got past their gimmic that was advertised which was not available, I decided to do some more research on this ""waterless"" carpet cleaning.\r \r When I looked into it further, I found that Carpet Dryclean was really the only one in the area using this organic product to safely clean carpets. With two small dogs being the reason that we needed our carpets cleaned in the first place, I wanted to make sure whatever we cleaned with was safe for tiny pet feet!\r \r I called and spoke to a friendly associate and set up the appointment and was told they could come out the following day! Amazing! Miguel Polo showed up right on time and quickly went to work explaining the process that he would be working on the carpet, as well as giving us a large demonstration. The demo blew us away, and our carpet that we thought for sure was going to have to be replaced looked like new again. Miguel called me an hour early to say that he was on the way, within two hours, my carpet appeared practically brand new and my entire home smelled fresh and inviting. He worked hard to get carpeted steps clean that hadn't been dry cleaned in almost four years. He was prompt about returning my calls and getting the job done. He also paid close attention to a few stains that were in the hallway and my bedroom. I am in charge of getting the carpets cleaned every year at my job. Usually I am disappointed, this company has really made me a fan. Miguel came to Learning Express to give me an estimate and I knew almost right away that I wanted to go with this company. He was very friendly, and really knew his stuff. He did a sample of the floor (getting up a coffee stain) and really sold me. When he showed up ON TIME and PREPARED to start I was impressed. He offered to help us move around the fixtures and stay after to move them back! My store looks great and smells great too! With customer service like Mr. Polo offers, I can't imagine anyone not being satisfied with this companys work! Pros: Personable, informative staff, CLEAN carpets, Smells great!
