Miguel Polo was our service tech. We have never met anyone more enthusiastic about their job! He was outstanding and his job enthusiasm relayed to the results. We are very pleased with the look of the carpet and how the process made the carpet look new again and gave the whole house a wonderful aroma.
We would recommend this cleaning process, and especially Polo, to everyone!
