Beautiful carpet - like new 3/31/2010

The entire experience, from calling in to scheduling to the service itself was painless. No surprises whatsoever. The serviceman totally worked with us to figure out what to clear and what not to clean. Pricing is tad on the high side but I've got no problem based on the outcome. I had a pleasant experience with carpet dryclean. miguel polo was professional, and very punctual. I even received a followup call from preston to make sure I was satisfied with the service. I've used other carpet cleaners in the past and was never satisfied with how the carpet looked after a week. Great employees 3/23/2010

Today, Ferdi & his team (2 other gentlemen) provided the dry cleaning service for my home. I was very pleased with the job that they completed on our rugs. They were punctual & thorough in their job. They were finished with the job in less than 45 minutes. All of the men were polite & professional. I am grateful to Carpet Dryclean for consistently having employees who are friendly & provide excellent cleaning service for its customers. Thank you to the company & its trustworthy employees! I had Elmer and his team come out this week and they were fantastic! Fast, clean, efficient. They did an amazing job! I'm really impressed with this team, and the outstanding product as well. The carpets were clean, dry, fluffy and smelled great when they were done! I've been using this vendor for many years and am always impressed by the clean teams, and the way the product works so well! With a toddler and two cats, it's a life saver. Elmer was great. He and his partner were in and out in under 1 1/2 hours to clean our sofa and loveseat. After they left we could immediately use the couches again. Will use them again. Pros: Quick, no waiting for the couches to dry more

Miracle Workers 3/19/2010

I was looking at replacing my carpets and thought I'd try Carpet Dryclean out first (to save a few thousand dollars). A friend highly recommended them, said they may be a bit pricy, but they were cheaper than I expected. They removed soda and chocolate stains that had been there for years. A guest actually asked me yesterday if I put new carpet down! I highly recommend Carpet Dryclean! Pros: Removed stains that had been there for years more

We had Carpet Dryclean clean the carpets in a house my parents just bought down the street from us. They did a wonderful job and the house smells wonderfully fresh, compared to the stale odor it had from being unlived in for quite some time.\r \r We would highly recommend Carpet Dryclean and found Miguel Polo to be exceptional. He took his time, explained everything and was very reliable and trustworthy. \r \r A few problems getting into CitySearch prevented me from getting this post up sooner, but better late than never! I called many different places to get estimates on getting my carpets cleaned. From the moment I called Carpet Dryclean to the moment they left my house I was impressed by their customer service! Everyone was extremely friendly and willing to answer any questions that I had about the product and process. Joe and Carlo called to confirm my appointment the morning they were scheduled to come by and were on time (big plus in my book)! They did a great job and my carpets looked wonderful!
