I was delighted when I saw their ad for carpet dry-cleaning especially because the last time I had the carpet cleaned/treated it didn't dry for at least 24 hours. I was happy that they could fit me into their work schedule too because I was going to have new furniture delivered by the weekend. And it took them less than the hour estimated. Carlo also gave me last-minute instructions for future stain treatment. They did a wonderful job ! Pros: no water used, friendly workers, fast service, quality work Cons: Noise scared cats more

Highly recommend Elmer and Ramon! Good team! Elmer carefully measured every room and gave estimate before starting. His estimate came within $3 of our estimated cost. They were thorough, moved furniture as needed, and didn't stop for 2 and 1/2 hrs. Carpets and area rugs look new, smell fresh and ARE DRY. Best carpet cleaning we've ever had. Highly recommend this company. Ask for Elmer and Ramon! We will when calling back in a year. Pros: On time, courteous, professional service. more

Mr. Miguel Polo did a wonderful job explaining the carpet drycleaning, and had excellent customer service. He was also very patient with my three kids who were very curious about the whole process. I would most definitely ask for him again when we get our carpet cleaned next year! Pros: Wonderful customer service! Carpet is very clean. more

fast, friendly, on time, carpets look great 6/19/2010

Carlo and Jo were my technicians, they showed up on time, cleaned a sample spot and then did the rest of the house. It took about 2 hours, they moved furniture and put it back where it belonged. They even moved the light daybed to get the pet stains under it. The carpets look great and smell great. Hope they remain this way. One of the reasons I liked this process was because they did not have to leave my front door open and let in all the heat and bugs, so I wasn't fighting a haze of mosquitos or wasps after they left. Carpet Dryclean is fantastic.. A great experience through the entire process. They were very highly rated on Angie's List and as a repeat customer I will not use another service. Carlo and Jo were ontime, prepared and quick.. They went the extra mile to remove some paint splatters and were patient through pet hair. His name was Mr. Polo and he thoroughly explained the service and cost before he started. The carpet was cleaned professionally in a timely manner without the damp smell. Friendly technicians. Carlo and Joe did a great job. Didn't take long. I've never liked steam cleaning because it takes too long to dry and sometimes the water gets down to the pad. We liked the results and will use them again. We bought some of the cleaner to use for spot cleaning and it has worked well too. Pros: Courteous and Quick Service Cons: A tad expensive more

Elmer did an excellent job cleaning our light colored carpet. He was courteous, professional, and the carpets look brand new! We are moving soon and will definitely have these guys clean all of the carpet in our new home prior to moving our furniture in! Thanks, Elmer, for the excellent job!! Almost like new! 6/11/2010

With 3 dogs currently in residence, we had given up hope of ever having our 15 year old carpet look clean again. Victor, Neil and Jose did an incredible job - our ""builder beige"" carpet is now beige again, the house smelled fresh, and 99% of the pet stains are history. I went from a cynic to a believer. Best in carpet and upholstery cleaning. 6/10/2010

Elmer and Ramon did a great job, explained the entire process, short demonstration showing me how the agent lifted from the fibers came up with much more dirt than my Kirby could normally pull. After the use of dry cleaning agent, brush and vacuum, my carpets were ready to be walked on, looked much better and the smell through out the house was clean and fresh. Owning an off white carpet it was easy to see and feel the difference as I walked on it as soon as they were finished. With the advantage of no drying time, not soaking the padding or wicking of furniture, I am glad I made the choice using Carpet Dryclean,not having to wait as the carpet dries is a big convenience. Pros: Clean carpet, upholstery, no dry time needed, quick. Cons: None.. more

Great carpet cleaning in Raleigh! 6/9/2010

As I am new to the area,I am constantly asking around for any services that I may need and then doing some of my own research. After checking them out on the internet, I was happy to find that they offer a service that cleans your carpet without harsh chemicals(I have children and pets), and they do not use water so you can walk it on immediatly which is great for our busy family. I have to say that carpet dryclean has done a terrific job on my carpet....It looks brand new and has saved me having to go purchase a new carpet. I have had this company come and clean my carpet over the last few years. The guys that come are always on time, friendly, and do a very thorough job.
