Victor gave us a call an hour before he would arrive to let us know that he would be on time. He arrived promptly with his team, who were all courteous and helpful. We had previously had our carpets cleaned by another company, and we still had stains. Victor and his team quickly erased the stains to show me how their products worked so well. I was instantly impressed. They continued to work for about an hour to make our carpets and chairs look fabulous! I underwent a 3 month remodel of most of my downstairs. The contractors tracked all manner of dirt and filth on about 1/3 of the carpet in the master BR that left horrible spots and stains. I even had a guy pouring cement in the slab foundation and he tracked some black stuff (cement off his boots, I think) on the carpet that I was sure would never come up. I was going to have my flooring guy replace the whole carpet completely because I was sure it was ruined. How WRONG I was! Miguel Polo got that up and made the bedroom and LR carpets look BRAND NEW. Carlo and Joe from Carpet Dry clean came out to clean our 7 year old couch and they were great! They did a very thorough job and we have all been enjoying sitting on the couch without sneezing. We had no idea that couches should be cleaned yearly. We don't have pets but we have friends with pets and they bring dander with them and leave it on our couch. Booked appointment only 2 days in advance; their cleaning method got rid of all the major pet stains that I had. I was seriously contemplating ripping up my carpet and getting laminate but apparently, I had nice carpet under all the dirt! I can keep this carpet for a few years yet if I keep using carpet dryclean service. Also the smell wasn't overpowering, my animals stayed in the house with me during the cleaning. Polo arrived on time and walked through the house with me as I identified carpeted areas in need of cleaning. No hard sell to clean areas that really didn't require cleaning. I called Victor yesterday morning and he set up and appointment for that afternoon. He was running late, but he called in advance to let me know. He was very professional and courteous. He came with 2 other gentlemen and they were all polite. They got right to work and explained their process.\r \r Victor asked me to check the carpet before he left and it was very clean. they had gotten up some small spots that I had been trying to get up with spot cleaner.\r \r I will definately be using them every 6 months. I liked the professionalism of Elmer and his crew. The called the morning of their appointment to confirm. He called to let me know he was running five minutes behind. He was exactly five minutes off. Since I was taking time off of work to be there, this was greatly appreciated. Elmer had cleaned my carpets for the last three years, and when I called, they knew this and made sure I got Elmer again. Elmer is very friendly and attentive to detail. There was no upselling. The price quoted including stain removal and they didn't try to remeasure or any of the other tricks that are so annoying. The carpet looks good too. Miguel Polo arrived promptly at 9:00 and phoned me to let me know he was outside. He came in, viewed the carpet to be cleaned, gave me an estimate, and began. He moved furniture and replaced it gently in the appropriate places, and worked very hard to get the pet stains out of the carpet. He even left some extra stain remover on the carpet in places that he couldn't get the color out! He refilled my ""bucket"" and even switched it to the ""pet stain"" one instead of the regular one. We moved into our home 8 months ago. The Berber carpet was in bad need of cleaning. Based on some good references we called Carpet Dryclean at 878-0748. Earl took our order and was very helpful, noting that Carpet Dryclean is Berber-approved. He scheduled service for the following afternoon... no waiting!! A technician named Elmer and his team (2 others) arrived right on time and the 3 went to work, quickly assessing what was needed. We have almost 1600 square feet of carpet on 2 levels, including a flight of carpeted stairs. They performed light furniture moving at no extra charge. They took only 2 hours to complete the work and when they finished, the carpet looked almost brand new, was not wet, and we loved the fresh clean smell!! To top it all off, they charged us $10.00 LESS than the quoted price!! This allowed us to purchase a 'tub' of their cleaning product, which has lifetime refills with any future cleanings!! Carlo and Joe just came and cleaned the carpets in a house that we are renting. I wanted to get them cleaned because my allergies have been horrible and I was concerned that it could be dust mites. I wanted to use a dry cleaning company because we've also had bug problems in this house which I think started with the previous renters using one of those steam machines to clean the basement carpet, leaving the carpets damps for 2 days after they left. I also chose this company because I'm pregnant and have two cats, so I was looking for something that wouldn't be toxic or even have a strong smell. The guys called 15 minutes before the scheduled time to let me know they were on the way. They were right on time and quickly measured the area to provide a quote. They got to work right away and I am loving the results. Honestly, I didn't care about the stains because I was more concerned with disinfecting and removing dust mites, but all the stains that were in the carpet are gone now and it looks REALLY clean and smells fresh. Miguel Polo came on the dot as promised, gave me a demo and started the work. I had some expectations, but also some mixed feelings: the alternative was to get rid of the old carpet: I didn't think it could be rescued anymore. Now, it feels and looks almost like new. A few stains could not be properly removed (I have tried everything myself): Kool-Aid and Punch. My advice: give your kids something healthier to drink. Another impressive feature: it literally lifted huge deposits of old dog hair (I have a Golden Retriever) from the carpet.
