Booked appointment only 2 days in advance; their cleaning method got rid of all the major pet stains that I had. I was seriously contemplating ripping up my carpet and getting laminate but apparently, I had nice carpet under all the dirt! I can keep this carpet for a few years yet if I keep using carpet dryclean service. Also the smell wasn't overpowering, my animals stayed in the house with me during the cleaning. And the floors were dry when they left. I couldn't be happier with results!! Elmer and his apprentice, Ramon, were very polite, fast and thorough.
Pros: Fast, excellent results, friendly service
