I liked the professionalism of Elmer and his crew. The called the morning of their appointment to confirm. He called to let me know he was running five minutes behind. He was exactly five minutes off. Since I was taking time off of work to be there, this was greatly appreciated. Elmer had cleaned my carpets for the last three years, and when I called, they knew this and made sure I got Elmer again. Elmer is very friendly and attentive to detail. There was no upselling. The price quoted including stain removal and they didn't try to remeasure or any of the other tricks that are so annoying. The carpet looks good too.
Pros: punctual honest thorough no-drying time
