I had my carpets cleaned last week for the first time in 3 yrs. They had their work cut out for them. They arrived exactly on time, and even called ahead by about 10 min. to tell me they were on their way over. Ferdi was our technician, and he was great. The floors were ready to walk on right away, which was such a bonus over steam method we had used the last time. We had some tough pet stains, which sadly didn't come out, but did lighten somewhat. He had been very upfront with us, and told us that he may not be able to get them out. Ferdi said that he did have a product that might work out in the van, but that with small dogs and children he didn't think it was a good idea to have the chemicals on the carpet, and it was still a gamble as to whether it would work or not. I really appreciated that a lot.
I only gave them a 4 star, because in the past the steam method was able to better remove the pet stains. I would have chosen a 4.5 if I had the chance. All in all it was a great experience, fast, professional, and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to someone else in a heartbeat. Thanks guys!
