Great Experience with The Best Carpet Cleaning Company 11/21/2010

This was my first time using Carpet Dry Clean. I spoke with the owner himself before my cleaning and he was very courteous and professional. Vance was onsite for a few hours and did a phenomenal job cleaning the entire house. He was very knowledgeable about his company and the products he was using. My wife and I are germaphobes and this service is exactly what we needed. I do wish the prices were lower but you do end up getting what you pay for. If you are looking for a company to build a relationship and provide excellent service, I highly recommend this company and Vance. Thank you for an incredible service! My carpets are good as new!! more

Great Carpet Cleaning Service 11/20/2010

This was my first time using Carpet DryClean and I was extremely happy with the results. I called them on a Wednesday and they were out the next day to do the cleaning. Victor's group was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job removing the pet stains and odors from my carpet. I will no longer be renting the carpet cleaners from Food Lion instead I will be calling Carpet DryClean :) more

Hands down - best carpet cleaning 11/18/2010

We're a repeat customer of Carpet Dryclean. Their product and service are the best we've ever used. We were ready to replace the carpet in our home last year, but thought we'd give a cleaning a try to see if we could squeek out one more year. Carpet Dryclean made our carpets look new again. Stunning results. On this last trip, Polo did a great job. We will continue using Carpet Dryclean. Product and service can't be beat! more

Great Carpet Cleaning Service 11/15/2010

We finally had our carpet cleaned after 13 years, kids, a cat, and a dog. Victor and his crew did an amazing job. Almost every stain came up and the carpet looks great. They were very thorough with their cleanup afterwards as well and all were very polite and professional. It was a very positive experience at a fair price. I highly recommend them. more

Satisfied and happy 11/14/2010

Victor and his crew arrived ahead of our scheduled time (Victor called to ask if arriving early was OK) and showed me how the job would be done. The test spot was convincing, as was the spot removal of cat puke.\r \r The three guys were all polite and went to great lengths to inform me about what was going on and how much it would cost (I had moved nearly all furniture so the estimate via phone was less than what was actually cleaned.) \r \r I used Carpet Dryclean from a friend's reference and I would definitely recommend them to my friends. Fast, polite and timely service at a good price. What more could you want?! more

Very Pleased!!!! 11/12/2010

Elmer and Ramon came to clean my carpet and steps today!!! The carpet was sooo bad from having 3 dogs having ""accidents"" and from two young boys who seem to like spilling things. The carpet looks amazing now!!! I am so happy with it!!!! Thanks guys!!! I'll definately be calling again!! more

Miguel Polo arrived during the agreed upon 2 hour window, was professional and personable. He did a quick test on the stains of most concern. After those were able to be removed I had all the high traffic areas done. Everything looked great when he was done. more

This was my first time ever using Carpet Dry Clean and I must say this is the best carpet cleaning service I have ever came in contact with. My technician was Polo and he did an amazing job!! I would recommend this service to anyone! Make sure to ask for Miguel Polo, he was absolutely the BEST!! more
