Great Service, Great Product, Will Use Again! 10/6/2010

I babysit kids (along w/my own children) and have up to 7 in my house at a time. Our carpets were very soiled in the high traffic areas. I had tried several products on my own at home. I heard about the process of dry carpet cleaning, and found this company online. I live 1&1/2 hours outside of Raleigh, and 45 minutes from Fayetteville. But even so, I got up with Vance, and he was able to come out to my house the very same day! Vance was very professional, he believes in his product, and was willing to work extra hard on the most soiled areas of our carpet. I thought our carpets were a lost cause, but Vance brought them back to life! I bought the Spotless Dry Cleaning Snow, and have used it several times since, with wonderful results. Dry Capet Cleaning is the #1 way to have your carpets cleaned, I'll never go back to ""wet-cleaning"" again!!! Thanks Vance!! more

Will Definitely Use this Company Again 10/5/2010

Other than the slightly strong smell of the cleaning product, I was very pleased with Carpet Dryclean. Our carpet was extremely dirty and had many stains--we were considering getting a new carpet altogether. But after drycleaning, it almost looks as good as new. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because it's more expensive than steam cleaning. ($129 vs. $99) -- But I still say the extra $30 is worth it because it looks fabulous and you don't have to wait hours and hours before you can walk on the carpet. Will definitely be using Carpet Dryclean in the future. more

Reliable carpet service 10/4/2010

We had a small emergency at our house last week due to kid activity and contacted Carpet Dryclean. They were able to come out that same week, arrived as scheduled and even called the day before to confirm the appointment.\r \r Their work was thorough and done quickly, with a mimimum of inconvenience at the house. Prices seemed reasonable. Overall a good experience. more

No drying time! 10/3/2010

I haven't always had the best of luck with carpet cleaning. We have a big house and the last time we had someone clean the carpets it was extremely expensive and took forever to dry - not fun with two little boys and a dog.\r I had a great experience with carpet dryclean. I couldn't believe the stains they were able to get out and NO WET CARPETS! I thought they were great. more

It had been far to long since I had my carpets cleaned. Fortunately Carpet Dryclean was able to make them clean and fresh again. I had a lot of spots that all came up. Polo gave me the super treatment! more

Thank you Miguel Polo! I called Carpet Dryclean to see if they could come earlier than the time I had scheduled to accommodate me picking up my child, and they were so helpful-- and did come early. Miguel was so sweet to my kids and our dog, and was very efficient in getting his job done. It looks great and we will see yall again soon. more

I would recommend this company to anyone. Carlo and Joe did an excellent job on the carpets and were very professional. I called and booked the appointment the day before which was nice. They called to confirm that morning then a manager called shortly after they left to verify everything was to my satisfaction. Very reasonable pricing and no drying time was the best! more

My carpets look brand new!!! 9/25/2010

We have been in our home for 6 years, and we had a lot of high traffic areas on our carpets which had been terribly discolored from shoes, dirt, pets, and clay. My wife and I believed we were going to have to replace our entire upstairs carpets including the staircase. Elmer and Ramon did an outstanding job cleaning all the areas which we thought were beyond cleaning, saved our carpets, and made them look like new again. They were on time, and worked very quickly. Best of all, they did it for a reasonable price. We recommend them to everyone! more

Wow! Really Great Carpet Cleaning Service 9/23/2010

I had my carpet cleaned about ten days ago by Carpet Dryclean and I am super satisfied. Victor and his crew were polite and professional. They arrived on time and completed the test spot and explained how the cleaning was done and made sure I was satisfied...no pressure..really. \r \r The test spot of high traffic area came out great. They complted the job and ten days later it looks great. Even a spot that was ""wet"" that they honestly told me might come back did not!!! \r \r The cleaning has a citrus smell to it (which I liked!) and that fades within hours to just plain clean smell. \r \r Highly recommend this method of carpet cleaning and this company.\r \r Pam more

Great work! Very happy with results!! 9/20/2010

Elmer and another staff member were very friendly, professional, and informational. My carpets had a lot of dirt stains (dogs coming in with red clay on their paws)and some other pet stains, but all of the stains are gone and I have what looks like a new carpet! And, the clean smell fills the house. And, no wet carpet. It was all dry within one hour! I would have soggy carpets for days after traditional wet carpet cleaning. I love it and from this day forward will only use Carpet Dryclean! Thanks again for a great job!! :) Liz more
