Carlo and Joe were very professional, and the carpets were very clean and fresh once they were done. They use a dryclean product which means you don't have to wait hours to walk on the carpet. Highly recommended. more

Always Reliable & Always Clean Our white carpets have been maintained by CarpetDryClean since they were recommended by Angie's List. They call ahead, arrive on time, and carefully review their job including estimates with you. The carpet is dry afterwards with toughest stains gone. They did a great job with my oriental rug. The cleaners are always courteous. Our last cleaner was Miguel Polo and we were very pleased. more

Great customer service again. This is our second time using Victor and Carpet Dryclean. The carpet and rug look like new and they smell clean and fresh. The guys moved the furniture and didn't charge for areas they didn't clean. No wet carpets for hours or even days. These guys are excellent and came out the same afternoon i called for the service. I've meticulously maintained the original top quality carpet when i bought my house 16 years ago. But with dogs and grandkids running amok at times, and numerous parties with friends and major family holiday gatherings, the carpet was finally showing its age. \r \r This is my first time using Carpet DryClean. The dryclean method produced great results; trampled areas had life again and the return to almost new color was amazing. Except where the stain spray was used the carpet remained dry throughout. No waiting overnight to move furniture back into place due to prolonged rug dampness. Terry was amazingly fast, extremely thorough, answered all my questions about their methods etc. My wife did complain briefly about the strong citrus smell but we noticed it had abated after about 3-4 hours. Best of all, the carpet is super CLEAN! I gladly recommend their services. more

Miguel Polo of Carpet DryClean did a wonderful job for us today. Our stairs now look like new and they had a lot of embedded dog hair that was hard for us to vacuum. Can't say enough how happy I am with Carpet Dry Clean, especially the crew, Elmer and Ramone. Let's see... how many reasons can I give...? 1)They called to tell me they were ahead of schedule and asked if they could arrive early. OK , seriously? Early? What company is ever early? Major kudos for that! 2) Elmer greeted me with a smile and a hand shake and said, ""Thank you for calling Carpet Dry Clean again. We really appreciate it"". This is my third experience with them! 3) He immediately wanted to see the areas that needed cleaned and went right to work on measuring and giving me an estimate. It was a very fair price! 4) I had an estimate and another hand shake then Elmer set right to work. 5) Then I met his partner Ramone, who also greeted me with a smile and a hand shake and thanked me for giving them an opportunity to work on our carpet. 6) They worked non-stop! They spoke kindly to me and my family and to one another as they worked. I was so impressed with how they conducted themselves! 7) And oh by the way, the carpet looks amazing, like brand new, and smells fabulous! No waiting for it to dry, we could go back to our home life without tiptoeing around wet carpeting...isn't that great? 8) When they left, they left nothing behind... except a clean, great-smelling carpet...oh, and another great impression. I will always call Carpet Dry Clean and I will tell everyone, when they say, ""Wow, your carpeting looks great"", that they should call Carpet Dry Clean! Thanks for being so fabulous! more

Victor and his crew were right on time (same day appt!!) and did a fabulous job. With 5 older (accident prone) cats-- they had their work cut out for them. Cannot believe how wonderful the carpet looks!!! (Was even contemplating new carpet) Highly recommend and I will be using them again!! more

I wasn't sure how well organic dry carpet cleaning was going to work. I prefer organic products, but they don't always work as well as you would hope. Carpet Dryclean did a pretty good job on a tough carpet stain. We had water damage to our rug, and the were able to get most of the stains out. They missed one, but I didn't see it either until after they had left. They probably would have gotten it too if I had noticed and pointed it out in time, but they should have seen it too. My only criticisms of the service would be that they spend a lot of time selling you on a service you have already agreed to purchase. Just do the job already and ease up on the hard sell please! The guy was nice and polite, but obviously the field guys are told to pitch the product. Otherwise, I was very satisfied with the service. The product they use is a product called Spotless, which is a sort of sponge like product they work into the carpet that absorbs stains, when given a kick with a little isopropyl alcohol. The alcohol is the active ingredient, and the sponges absorb what the alcohol releases from the carpet. They also spot treat tough stain areas. I assume the spot treatment is more of the isopropyl alcohol, but I didn't confirm that. My one complaint about the product is that they imbue it with a strong citrus scent. Now, I like a nice orange scent as much as the next person, but this is a VERY strong smell. And it lasts for several days. Yes, it lets you know your carpet is clean. It can also be overpowering and nauseating if you don't like strong smells. A final note, the Spotless product claims to be organic, but it is not certified organic. There are a lot of nasty organic chemicals, so I would really prefer that they were certified, and not just saying they are green and ""you just have to trust us"". On the other hand, there isn't another carpet cleaner in town who even bothers trying to be organic, so I guess this is better than nothing! If they get certified organic, I would definitely bump them up to five stars. more

They arrived early (the offered to come even earlier but I wasn't able to make it home in time, so we came up with another mutually agreeable time), and finished everything in under an hour. Got a lot of small stains out (we had three cats, UGH!), and honestly pointed out what large (and very old) stains were permanent, though they still worked on them, which did help their appearance. They were very courteous and personable, and I would recommend both this company and Ferdi and Jose, the two gentlemen who actually did the cleaning. more

Between the 75-lb dog and having 2 active boys, the carpets looked dreadfull. I was ready to have them torn out and replaced with hardwoods. Someone suggested having them cleaned by Carpet Dryclean first. It was amazing! The carpet looks brand new and now I want to keep it. more

I had the living room and master bedroom carpets cleaned due to pet stains (new puppy). Carpets look new you would never be able to tell there were pet stains before. The carpet is deodorized at the same time so the rooms smell great! Vance the technician arrived early presented himself in a friendly professional manner and did a great job on the carpets!
