Just finished having our downstairs, upstairs and stairstep carpets cleaned by Miguel Polo. All I can say is I am totally impressed. Mr. Polo did a tremendous job - best we've ever had. CarpetDryclean's product does just what he said it would: bottom line, the carpets look brand new and they were dry within a very few minutes. We highly recommend this service to anyone who needs to have their carpets cleaned and freshened. We will definitely use Carpet Dryclean again and will be asking for Miguel Polo. more

Carpet DryClean 3/15/2011

Miguel Polo, our carpet specialist, called to confirm the time which I appreciated and he arrived promptly. I was a first time customer and I really appreciated that he spent 30 minutes going over the product, the cleaning, the benefits and the cost. Other companies I've used in the past were just looking to get in and out as fast as they could. Our caprets look and smell great and we were able to move our furniture back right away. I like knowing that no harsh chemicals were used. Great product and excellent representative. more

The best Carpet Cleaning! 3/14/2011

I have my carpets cleaned every spring by companies that use water, this is my first time using Carpet Drycleaning and I am very impressed, My experience from start to finish was very pleasent. The staff (Elmer & Ramon) arrived on time, were very professional, curtious and did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets. My carpets look like new again and smell wonderful. I recommend Carpet Drycleaning to all my friends and family, I promise you will never use anyone else to clean your carpets again. more

I have used Carpet Dry Clean before and was extremely happy with their service. I was very glad I called them again. The black on my white carpet was removed!\r \r Another reason to use Carpet Dry Clean is that it's a dry process and there is no waiting time for your carpet to dry.\r \r I highly recommend them. more

I was very pleased with the service. Called them thinking I would have to wait a couple days, but no, they were over within the hour. Terry was very professional and an all around really nice guy. Within an hour my carpets were looking fabulous. I would highly recommend this company. more

It's called Super Service 3/3/2011

I've put off cleaning my upstairs carpets because of my two little kitties. I thought cleaning carpets meant having hoses, and machines, and big tanks of soapy water schlepped upstairs, and waiting several days for carpets to dry. But I found Carpet Dryclean, Inc.--a whole different world of carpet cleaning. They are awesome.\r \r Terry did a great job getting my bedrooms freshened and cleaned--the five year-old carpets look like they were just installed. Terry said he would arrive at 9:30 and like clockwork, he was ringing my doorbell. No waiting around for me!\r \r A BIG THANK YOU, TERRY! The Best Carpet Cleaners! 3/3/2011

They do a fantastic job at removing stains and making your carpets look brand new. First time I used Carpet Dryclean was when we were in our rental. They did a fantastic job then and still do. When it was time to get our carpets cleaned for a our new home I knew who to call....Carpet Dryclean, Inc. I love the fact that the carpets are DRY cleaned and not wet....no waiting for them to dry before you walk on them. Miguel was awesome. Very friendly and very knowledgable of the products. I will defnitely share this name with others!\r There is no doubt in my mind, I will call them again!\r more

Now my carpet is clean 3/2/2011

On Friday, February 25, 2011 A beautiful day & I had cleaning fever! I searched online for a reputable carpet cleaning company in Raleigh because I was not happy with steam company I used in the past. I read about Carpet Dryclean and I wanted to try it. I called Carpet Dryclean and asked if they could came out that day and they were there by 2:30! Truthfully, I am on a budget and could only have my family room rug (18 yrs old) and my staircase of 25 years done along with a small hall. It brought a smile to my face to see how nice they came out. Thanks Terry & I will call again. more

Miguel Polo did a fantastic job walking me through the process, explaining my options, discussing the unqiue characteristics of this type of cleaning and ulimately making our carpet look beautiful again. Carpet Master's! 3/2/2011

This is the first time we have had our carpets cleaned! No wet socks, loved it! Victor, Eloy and Jose were very professional, friendly and cleaned our carpets in a timely manner. English was spoken very well, not broken up. Victor made sure he took his time in explaining how the product worked and demonstrated a sample area. We are definitely calling back next month to get 3 more rooms cleaned. No Hidden fees, you get exactly if not more than what you pay for. Recommend to friends and family! more

Clean Carpets!!! 3/2/2011

This is the second time I have had Carpet Dryclean, Inc cleaned my carpets and again, they did a wonderful job. Last time, they were able to get out a red stain left by someone getting sick on the carpet. I did not think the stain would come out, but they got it out! I LOVE the bucket of cleaning dots that you can get! It gets everything out as well! I have a 3 month old who likes to spit up, so after he has stopped spitting up, we are going to have them come out and clean the sofa! Thanks to Victor and his staff, they were nice, quick and did a great job!!! more

Carpet Cleaning, Excellent Service and results 3/2/2011

Carpet DryClean came out to my house they were tidy and quick with their time, but most of all the result were excellent. I had a big pet stain left by the previous owner of my house, and they cleared it up. The carpets look great, and the fact that there is no drying time is excellent. I would definitely recommend Elmer and the guys at Carpet dryclean to my friends and family. more

This was the most professional cleaning I have ever had. Miguel Polo took his time to explain the process and give me tips for any problems down the road. He had a lot of furniture to move to make sure he got every spot and did so without a problem. The carpets look great and the house smells fresh. I will be calling Carpet Dryclean again and recommend them to my friends and family. more

I have many reactions to chemicals and a number of allergies. My concern for ""dry clean"" was that I would not be able to tolerate the chemical. But...I am glad to say I had no reaction. The service was professional, friendly, thorough, prompt, and I felt safe. And the carpet looks great! more
