Carpet DryClean was able to come out within two days of my phone call--that was quick! The technician ""Elmer"" was polite and attentive to my concerns about old dog stains. After a test-spot, i was happy to have him complete the job. My rugs look great and smell clean! I would definitely call Carpet DryClean again. more

I was so very impressed with the carpets after Carpet Dryclean Inc. were finished! We have not had our carpets cleaned since we moved here 9 years ago! Granted there were several spots caused by our children or pets that only replacing the carpet will take care of but overall the appearance is fresh and new looking carpets. With very little odor to speak of. I will be calling this company again and can whole heartedly recommend Victor and his team to do the job! Miguel Polo did a great job cleaning my carpet. Originally the carpet smelled strongly of cat, but once he cleaned it, it didn't have that same smell. A few stains didn't come out, but that was to be expected. Miguel was friendly and outgoing and I would recommend him to anyone looking for cleaner carpets! more

Victor and his crew cleaned my well-loved, well-used carpet (kids, dog) yesterday and they did a great job. I was skeptical that they could clean as well as steam cleaning service I usually use but truly I am impressed....and well, I am pretty picky!! Victor came to our home today and cleaned our living room carpet. His crew was courteous and professional. They immediately began working on my carpet and moving furniture. The carpet had one or two difficult pet stains that I hoped could be removed. Victor and his crew were able to get the pet stains out and sanitize the whole carpet. They were even able to clean the high traffic areas. I would use them again and I would recommend them to a friend. more

I use Carpet Dryclean every year - they make my carpet and area rugs look great! They arrive on time and work quickly and professionally. FYI, the ""dry"" clean product they use has alcohol in it, so sometimes the carpet is a bit damp when they are done - not a complaint, because it does the job well. more

I moved into a new home and had the carpet cleaned 6/21. The home had all sorts of stains that I couldn't identify, and many that I could (pet urine). I was honestly expecting to have to throw out the carpet and re-do the entire home. I must mention this to demonstrate what a job they did. Miguel was the gentleman assigned, and I can't understate what a thorough job he did. Miguel provided an extremely detailed explanation of the process, and it was obvious that he knew this industry inside-out. Furthermore, he had an enthusiasm about his work that really inspired confidence in me as a buyer. I truly felt that Miguel was treating my home as if it was his own. Miguel provided an extremely candid estimate beforehand, and while he felt confident about my carpet looking much better afterward, guessed that there may be some 20% that he wouldn't be able to get to (as mentioned, carpet was in bad shape). When completed, Miguel had absolutely shattered that estimate and the carpet looks brand new. Carpet Dry Cleaning seems like a well-run organization from contact I've had, but it's the quality of people like Miguel that truly makes someone like myself write a review about the service. I can't emphasize enough how much more secure I felt as a buyer when I could visually see how much pride he took in his work. If they take requests, I will ask for Miguel every single time. more

On 6/20/2011 we had the carpets cleaned in three rooms and the service that Miguel and Carpet Dryclean provided were outstanding. This is the second time that my wife and I have used this company and both times we were very pleased with the results. I highly recommend this company and the technician (Miguel). Miguel was very motivated about his work and he did an outstanding job. A true professional. \r Miguel did an estimate, did a demonstration, and then got to work. While he worked on the carpets he asked questions and kept me informed of his progress. At the end of the job he cleaned everything up, put everything back (that he had moved), and did a walk through with me. Like I said before...outstanding service and an outstanding tech. Highly recommend both (Carpet Dryclean and Miguel) to anyone looking to have their carpets cleaned in the future. My wife and I will use this company again and will ask for Miguel by name. more
