The White House was very pleased with the service that Carpet DryClean supplied.....from start to finish. I am hesitant to use a flyer for my needs, but liked the non-toxic facts about this service. Called and made an appointment. Was scheduled the following week on the day I wanted and the time I wanted. Told my husband, who is a total customer service freak (but a skeptical guy), that I liked how I was handled so far and the followups that this company did. He said ""we'll see"" negatively. Got a call the night before and the morning of of approximate hr that the tech would arrive. Miguel, was the tech, and he was not late, which we are used too), but early:) He was courteous and non-invasive, the type of person you want to let into your home. He got right to work and took his time explaining every step. Aside from all the typical jargon you hear from something selling a service, I was most happy when his estimate basically matched the phone guess-ti-mate, which helped my hubby to relax. He was already to shut him down, if the tech started adding on all kinds of hidden costs, but that did not happen. \r So, as you can read, I am satisfied and glad to refer Mr. Polo and the company he works for to my family and friends. ** Make sure Miguel gets his reward for his thorough cleaning effort. I'm pleased with the cleaning job on three rooms today. Like the previous reviewer, I found Miguel to be professional, prompt, and pleasant. The carpeting in my house was installed in 1992 and looks brighter and more even-toned than before cleaning. more

Wow! I am impressed that Miguel was able to get the ground in red clay out of the carpet in my dining room. We had a serious traffic pattern there. Miguel was prompt and completed the job in a timely manner. He was pleasant and explained the cleaning process to me. My carpet looks new again. The house smells so fresh and clean. Carpet cleaned wonderfully by professional and knowledgeable tech\r \r I initially had scheduled an appointment with another carpet cleaning company. They did not have their act together and the tech was rude to me. Therefore, I ended up back on the internet to find another carpet cleaning company that uses organic products, did not mind answering my questions, and were professional.\r \r I spoke to Earl and he explained to me about his company and how long they have been in business. I asked if he could schedule something for 6/14. He told me yes and asked what time worked for me. I asked Earl if he could have the technician called me when they were on their way to my house. I asked if they could do this about 20 minutes before hand. Because it would take me at least 20 minutes to get from work to my house. \r \r I never got the call to let me know the tech was on the way to my house. I was sitting at my desk working and an email popped up and stated the tech is at my home and has been trying to call me for 45 minutes. I never got a call. So I called Earl and told him I never received a call. The only I received was from him. I had stopped away to use the restroom. So I asked Earl if he could call the tech to let him know I was on my way to my house. He said he would do that. \r \r The tech was waiting for me when at arrived at my house. He got out of his van and walked over to me. He was very apologetic and explained he dialed the wrong number. Vance was very professional, outgoing, knowledgeable, and friendly. I showed Vance the area in my home he would be working on. Vance explained to me what he was going to do. Then he went to go get his equipment and he went to work. Vance let me touch the product he was using on my carpet and mattress. I was amazed at this product. He did not mind that I had questions and he addressed each one. Vance was very thorough and definitely takes pride in his work. Vance gives top notch service. Vance gives two thumbs up from me. \r \r A friend stopped ny my home and asked about the organic carpet cleaning. So he said let him know how it goes. So Vance gave me a brochure to give to my friend. I would absolutely without a doubt refer Carpet Dryclean to any of my friends or associates. I would especially tell them any of my friends or associates to ask for Vance. \r \r I know my review is long. This is to show that my failed first carpet cleaning service did not work out. Excellent job carpet looks brand new. Had some tough spots on light colored carpet in traffic areas I thought would never come out but they did. My tech elmer was very professional and did a great job well worth the money more

I was amazed. Three weeks ago, I spilled a half gallon of latex paint on my berber carpet (right in the middle of the room). I called Carpet Dry Clean and asked them if they've had luck removing paint from carpets. They said they could come by and do a sample cleaning of the stain just to see (committment- and payment-free). They did, and the stain came pretty much completely out, defnitely will not be noticeable. (Note: it was also commented by Marco that my quick action to wipe up the spill as soon as it happened also helped the fact that it came up as good as it did). \r \r I had him continue with the rest of my condo. He also got out a dirty high-traffic area in front of my sofa. It looks great and i'm very, very pleased with the work! I definitely recommend this method and this company. It was ready to go and move stuff back into place and my cat would be safe without worries of toxicity. \r \r Also, when I initially called inquiring about their work, the guy on the phone was very pleasant, polite, and took his time and answered all my questions. With 2 pets and 1 toddler, our carpet had accumulated some stains. I contacted Carpet Dryclean and they set up a convenient appointment within the week.\r \r Miguel Polo arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He gave a very informative presentation and removed some stains from our carpet. He had no difficulty answering questions either. Within 3 hours, our carpet was fresh, clean and stainless. This is our second year to have the carpets dry cleaned! We suffer from allergies and are very sensitive to perfume and chemical smells. I love that my house is now rid of all the allergens it accumulated over the year , along with the stains, and set with a fresh start to the summer. We just had Terry from Carpet Dryclean clean the carpets and they look and feel excellent! He was able to get out stains that have been there for years and had been treated by other carpet cleaning folks with less success. He was very very friendly and explained the process well. He also explained how to best clean up spots in the future and how we can go about cleaning some spots on sofas as well. I was sold on the environmentally friendly low-chemical part of carpet drycleaner but was not sure if they would clean the carpets better than the traditional service that we've used in the past. I think they are definitely worth the small increase in price for the much higher quality work! more

I just had the best dry cleaning experience ever. Mr. Miguel Polo, was so patient listening to my issue with my carpet. See I had a sick dog for 2 days and he had an accident on my carpet... and Mr. Polo took his time and make sure he got all the stain out...he even took the time to explained how I could help it if it did happened again and how to go and remove it with the product he left me.
