REALLY Clean Carpets 4/14/2011

I had heard the ad for dry carpet c;leaning on the radio and decided to try it and am so happy I did! Even better service than described on the radio! I had a nasty stain on my carpet from a visiting pet and now it is gone! The house smells amazing, the carpets are so clean, and life goes on uninterrupted. I don't have to wait for the carpets to dry only to have a musty smell linger for days! Plus, they give you the solution to use when they are gone - no more buying spot cleaners for the carpet! Prompt, respectful service with a great outcome - Miguel did a great job. Thank you! more

Wonderfully Clean Carpets! 4/12/2011

These folks were fantastic! Our technician Vance was professional, meticulous, courteous, and took the necessary time to do the work extremely well. He very patiently explained the process and was transparent and thorough in providing the price quote for the job. The carpets looked incredible when he left...he even managed to get out some very longstanding stains that I thought would never come up! It was great to have the carpet ready to walk on--no wet carpets--right away! Definitely go with Carpet Dryclean! more

Fantastic Carpet Service! 4/11/2011

I shared with a friend that I was going to have my carpets steam-cleaned, and she told me that I should check out Carpet Dryclean instead. When she told me that the carpets would be dry as soon as they were finished being cleaned, I decided to check it out. What I didn't know was that the process/products used would be completely organic and safe for my kids. The process also removed stuff from the carpets that helps my son who has allergies. The technician who came to the house (Miguel Polo) was professional, thorough, and the carpets were perfect when he left...and it took less than an hour! I highly recommend this company (and Miguel)! Oh, and it was actually CHEAPER than my steam-cleaning quote. more

Great Experience! 4/8/2011

I was referred to Carpet Dryclean, Inc by my mother who lives around the corner, and she had only positive things to say about their service, cleaning products, and staff. Ferdie did an excellent and thorough job cleaning our carpeted stairs and our entire second floor, and I am truly pleased with the result! I will definitely be using Carpet Dryclean in the future. more

Elmer and Ramon came to our home to clean the carpets. Both of these gentlemen were very polite, professional, and efficient. As a matter of fact, my whole experience from getting a phone estimate to cleaning up was wonderful. I would advise anyone who is in need of their carpets to be cleaned give these people a call. more

Awesome Job! 4/5/2011

My home has beige carpets that hadn't been cleaned since I moved in four years ago. My grandsons had visited recently and gotten food and play dough on the carpet in the family room. In addition, the carpets in the bedrooms had gotten to the point that they looked dingy. The crew from Carpet Dryclean came promptly after their appointment time (they were delayed by traffic) and did an awesome job of getting the blue and red play dough out of the carpet (along with most of the rest of the stains) and were able to complete the job in less time than I thought possible. They were also very polite and thoughtful in dealing with me. I highly recommend this company. more

Today, Miguel Polo cleaned my living room and dining room carpets. These rugs are more than 20 years old and are wool. He explained every step of the way, and went above and beyond the call of duty, explaining what and why he was doing the various steps. Miguel was very professional, knowledgeable and willing to explain the process. I will definitely refer this company to any and all who may need carpet cleaning. And I will definitely have him return next year for another cleaning. Thank you Miguel! more

Appointment set up and quote process was great. Terry came out right on time and cleaned 5 expensive area rugs. All rugs had not been cleaned for 10+ years and some had stains I didn't think would come out. All rugs turned out great. I was skeptical of this dry clean process, but I would absolutely use them again. Thanks. more

Carlo explained everything before he began the task of cleaning our carpets. In particular, I wanted to get out pet odor in one of our bedrooms and when he finished the room smelled clean and fresh. Other than the price being a bit steep, I am pleased by the job done today. more

I was very impressed with the process. I love the fact that it's organic, and safe for my family. My carpet is so clean and fluffy. The Technician, Miguel, was so thorough, taking time to explain everything to me as he went. He also had a lot of good information on maintaining my carpet to keep it looking as beautiful as it does today! I was thinking of replacing my master bedroom carpet, but after seeing the results, I'm going to have Miguel come back and clean it instead! more

Super Method for Cleaning Carpet 3/28/2011

Elmer and Ramone did an excellent job and I am very pleased with the results of the cleaning. Eco-friendly products and not so abrasive to the carpet as steam or other water based systems.\r \r One thing you may want to remind them to do is clean out your floor vents as particles do fall into the vents and come out as a thin dust when the AC or Heat comes on. more

No add ons, the price came out to what they said it would be and the place looked and smelled great. They were even able to come early which worked out great for us. \r Elmer was ver very proffesional and courteous. Very hard workers.\r I have always used steam cleaning services but after using carpet dry cleaning its the only way to go!!!!! more

Great carpet cleaners! 3/24/2011

Elmer and his associate showed up right on time! (this is after I rescheduled twice). They were very detail oriented, provided an estimate before they started and were very thorough in the cleaning. They were friendly and task-oriented. This is the third time I have used Carpet Dryclean with the same wonderful results and I will continue to use them! My dog likes to clean his face on our carpet...and after a while I can't stand it, so I call my fantastic carpet cleaners and they get the job done! Not to mention, there is no wet mess to deal with afterwards! I definately recommend using this company! more

Clean, sweet-smelling carpets 3/23/2011

Miguel Polo cleaned cat-soiled, 13-year-old carpet and did a fantastic job! The carpet looks new and smells wonderful, and he removed stains that I thought were there for good. He was on time, courteous and even replaced the belt on my vacuum so I can keep my carpet clean.I have done business with this company for several years and will never go back to those steam cleaners again. Highly recommended! more
