These guys came out within a couple of days of my initial call and completed the job. I was mainly concerned with one room that our cat has had a few ""accidents"" on the carpet. The carpets were cleaned and the smell is much better now! In addition, the representative gave great advice for future issues. I'm very happy the carpets weren't wet...there was no wait time!! I have used your services three times and each time I have been MORE pleased with the cleaning than the time before! A few days ago, two of your employees did what I thought to be the impossible: they got rid of multiple dog poop and urine stains all over my 700 ft. bonus room. The carpeting is very light vanilla and now looks brand new. I especially love the facts that the carpet smells so fresh and that your men vacuum so professionally, leaving a lovely triangular pattern on the carpet! I was shocked to see the HUGE amount of dog hair which was extracted from my downstairs area rugs. Your equipment is better than anything I have used! Your workmen are very friendly and thorough. I have been spreading the word about your excellent carpet cleaning to my friends with pets and so far, three of them are interested in scheduling appointments. Based on all the great reviews, I had Polo out for the first time when our puppy was 6 or 7 mo. old to clean our carpets as she had way too accidents. Polo did a sample on a very old stain and I was amazed at the results! The carpets came out great, no more odor and most stains removed. Our puppy, now 10 mo. still thinks she can go on certain carpets in our home when she feels like it, so I called Carpet Dry clean back. I made the mistake of using our Bissell steam clean machine myself and just made the situations worse. Cleaning carpets with water made the odor spread and stains reappear. Impossible to extract all the dirty water and cleaning solution out of carpet no matter how many times you go over it so dry clean IS the way to go. Our bonus room carpet looked so bad Polo was reluctant to even clean and worried if he could even get it 75% clean. I told him to clean anyway and was very pleased with the results! Some old imbedded stains evidently are impossible to get out, so they are still there, but overall the carpet looks 85% better and is clean. Other carpets he re-did look fantastic and got rid of odor in my daughters room that I tried to get rid of with expensive liquid enzyme cleaners I bought form pet store. Surprisingly, one large stain remains in master closet, but Polo suggested an extra application of the product which they give you for free after each visit so I'll work on that today. Puppy no longer has free roam time in house and additional training in full gear! Thank you Carpet Dry clean! more

My husband and I recently moved into a new home and needed the carpets cleaned in our family room and the entire second floor. They were very professional and did a great job! The carpet has been in the house since it was built, and was filled with stains. When I returned home to work it was like coming into a new home the carpets looked wonderful and smelled great too! I loved the fact that the process is entirely dry so you dont have to wait for it to dry. I will use them for all my future carpet cleaning!!! more

Had my carpets cleaned on 1/7/11 and they look terrific! The technicians were professional and friendly and were able to get stains out that steam cleaning had not been able to remove. I loved that the carpets were dry and we could walk on them immediately after they were cleaned. I will definitely use Carpet Dry Clean again in the future. more

I am beyond grateful for the services delivered by Carpet Dryclean, Inc. The owner (Earl Laughinghouse) bent over backwards to accomodate my shifting priorities and was infinitely patient with my expressed concerns relating to the DryClean process. I was brainwashed into thinking that steam cleaning was the only way to go. I could not wrap my mind around the process of using 'micro sponges' to clean carpet. I am now a total believer. This is the most effective carpet cleaning process that I have ever witnessed. It far exceeded my expectations. Unbelievable results! My carpets look brand new!! Victor and his crew were extremely friendly and professional. I was utterly shocked how well their product worked. They also give you a large container of their products for future spots for a few bucks. You just put some on a brush, scrub a couple of times lightly, stains' gone, vacuum up the excess. Best product i've ever used. Highly recommend these guys, worth every penny!! Ask for Victor, he's the man. more

I was very impressed with the staff I spoke to on the phone to schedule the appointment and the staff who came to my home to provide the service. I even got a follow up call later that day just to make sure everything went well. It is true that they provide a small rebate if you write a review, but their customer service is worthy of a good review. more

I appreciate the fact that the real reviewers are making sure their voice is heard amongst all the fake reviews. I was considering using them until I read the negative reviews. so thank you very much for sparing me. They are so totally obvious; all 5 star on the same day, or with in days of each other, countering the bad reviews. I have been duped a couple of times due to incentives to give good reviews even for bad work. I refuse to give a good review for shabby work for a coupon & shame on the people who do. That just goes to show your lack of intergrity and concern for your fellow man/woman. I wonder how many ""great reviews"" will show up after I post this... also ask this company for references and CALL they actually PAY FOR REVIEWS!!! BE WARNED! more
