After many years of trying to clean my berber carpet myself and a terrible experience with a ""wet process"" professional, I had nearly decided just to replace the carpet. Carpet Dryclean was my last hope, and I'm so glad I gave them a try. They did a fantastic job! No need to replace the carpet now. They were prompt, efficient, and did a fantastic job. The carpet looked great after they were done. The house smelled clean. And there was no drying time! I also felt really good about their cleaning product being ""green."" They definitely have a 5-star rating from me. more

Miguel Polo was a very courteous technician and gave me some very helpful pointers on touch up of areas and upholstery. He was also able to remove the remainder of a very stubborn stain. The product is very good and left my carpet smelling and feeling very soft. Since I am a big supporter of environmentally friendly products, organic was the key word for me. Miguel Polo came out to do my carpets and i cannot say enough how pleased i am with the outcome!! From the very first phone call with Preston, to the professionalism of Miguel, i went from thinking my carpet was ruined and old, to LOVING my beautiful clean fresh carpet! Miguel was well knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me how he was going to do the job. The process this company uses absorbs the stains with powder and doesn't disperse them with water which can retain bateria and the stain itself. The guy who came out was very knowledgeable and excited about their service. I will use them again. I wasn't thrilled with the lemon scent they used though. more

Use Carpet DryClean!!! We had a tough weekend with a very sick dog and a lot of mess. I called Carpet DryClean and they were here in 45 minutes! The quote came in less than expected and Victor and his crew did a superb job! Not only did they get all the pet stains out of my carpet but they also got old stains and wax out. I will definitely use them again and refer to friends, family and clients. more

Don't hesitate to call this company. I made an appointment yesterday and they were at my house less than 24 hours later! Victor called to confirm in the morning and they were even 45 minutes early!\r \r I have a large dog and when they came in the door, everyone was very friendly with him. They laughed and smiled and explained the process. My carpets are clean, my furniture was moved, the house smells great and NO WETNESS! I could continue life as normal just 90 minutes later.\r \r I would definitely recommend this company to get your SPRING cleaning in motion!!!!!! more

I was skeptical at first because the price was a little higher than what I expected but it was well worth it! Vance was great!! He explained and demonstrated everything he was doing before he got started. I had some stains on my carpet that I thought would never come out but he did just that. Elmer and Ramon have come several times to clean for our home and business. These two gentlemen make me feel at ease. My experience with carpet dryclean was great. They were couteous both on the phone and in person! Carlo was my tech and he was friendly and did a great job. I had never had my carpets ""drycleaned"" before and was hesitant, but it worked really well (doggy diarrhea everywhere!). It is also supposed to be a healthier option for pets and children, and I have both. Good smelling product as well. I have already told several friends and family about them. They also have convenient times for cleaning, no 4 hour windows like other companies :) Very satisfied and I will definitely use them again! more

I live in Cary and wanted my carpet cleaned with a dry (drier) method. I called the dry chem guys, got friendly, no-b.-s. response, and booked them. Ferdie and a helper came 2 days later and did a really good job on a berber carpet and a low-pile carpet. They moved furniture and cleaned under it. They explained the alcohol-based cleaning product which has a brief wet period; rather than days with steam, my carpet was completely dry in a hour or so. I've had the carpet about 15 years, and they cleaned it up nicely. I will recommend them. more
