I live in Cary and wanted my carpet cleaned with a dry (drier) method. I called the dry chem guys, got friendly, no-b.-s. response, and booked them. Ferdie and a helper came 2 days later and did a really good job on a berber carpet and a low-pile carpet. They moved furniture and cleaned under it. They explained the alcohol-based cleaning product which has a brief wet period; rather than days with steam, my carpet was completely dry in a hour or so. I've had the carpet about 15 years, and they cleaned it up nicely. I will recommend them.
