Excellent customer service and wonderful results. Miguel Polo was the representative sent to our home, and I would refer him to anyone. Very educated about his trade, and more than willing to answer any questions. Finished the job in the exact amount of time that he estimated, and he showed up at 9 AM, our appointment time. more

Excellent Service 8/15/2010

Our carpets are 12 years old, and had not been cleaned for three or four years. The carpets looked better than expected when the job was done, and it only took 1.5 hours for 530 sq. ft. and 13 steps. Not having to wait for the carpets to dry was great, too. Carlo had an excellent customer service attitude and good communication skills, and Joe was friendly as well. We don't know what competing companies charge, but we thought we got good value for the price. more

Great 8/15/2010

We had carpets that had been the victims of 10 years of young children and really felt that they would have to be replaced. We never thought they could be cleaned sufficiently to keep them for another few years. Well, Victor and his crew made us believers. They moved furniture, cleaned areas by hand that the machines could not reach, and throughout it all, maintained a friendly, cheerful, professional attitude. We were very impressed and very gratified. more

Wonderful Job 8/14/2010

Vance and Tia did a wonderful job on my carpets. I've used carpet cleaners in Connecticut and in North Carolina and have never been satisfied. We have light-colored carpeting in the bedroom wing and have a 3 year old puppy. Hight traffic marks and stains were all removed and the carpet was left just slightly damp, drying completely in no time. The dry cleaning process was very impressive and Vance explained to me how to keep up with the stains. I am very impressed with the service and professional people. more

Carlo and Joe were very punctual, professional and polite. They worked quickly and did a great job on the carpets. Removed all the stains and gave me advice on removing stains myself between cleanings. I am very impressed with the dry clean process and love the fact that you can walk on the floors immediately (i.e. no drying time).\r Love the results! more

Great at getting out stains 8/12/2010

We have rental properties and the last group of three college students was particularly hard on the carpet. I didn't think it was possible to clean some of the stains that were left but Miguel Palo is apparently a miracle worker. The carpet looked brand new and the house smells amazing and clean. Highly recommend Miguel and Carpet Dryclean. more

I have used Carpet Dry Clean 4 times now and absolutely love it. The fact that the carpet is dry when they leave is a huge plus so I don't have to tiptoe around not walking on the carpet. I have 3 dogs which is my main reason I need my carpets cleaned. Terry did a great job, yet again! I would and have recommended Carpet Dry Clean to friends and family. more

Carpets clean and dry, as advertised! 8/11/2010

I'm glad I chose Carpet Dryclean and Miguel Polo for our carpets, which were badly in need of a thorough cleaning. The reviews here speak for themselves, but I will add my experience to the rest. Miguel showed up promptly and spent about 2 hours in total explaining the process and cleaning everything. He made sure to demonstrate the product on a stained area before beginning, so the difference was visible. The process involved spreading their dry cleaning agent over the carpet, working it in with a carpet brush, and then vacuuming it all up. That's all there was to it, but Miguel took the time to treat each stain, move small furniture, and go over every area of the carpet completely. It was almost totally dry when he finished. Now our carpet is 100% cleaner, and some stains that even Miguel was unsure about are gone, hopefully never to return! I would encourage anyone in the Triangle looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, and effective carpet cleaner to check out Carpet Dryclean first - and ask for Miguel. You won't be disappointed! more

Well Worth it 8/7/2010

Miguel was courteous, on time (actually early!), and quickly cleaned our carpets making them as good as new. He even helped me bring in our new dresser since my wife is 9 months pregnant. Miguel and Carpet Dryclean rock! more

My carpet looks like it was just laid down. When I moved in it had stains all over and now, after Elmer it looks like it is new. He was very polite and moved with a purpose until he was done. His partner was very polite as well and helped Elmer complete it all in a timely manner. I will be using Carpet Dryclean again for sure. more

Polo cleaned the carpet in almost all my house today. He did an excellent job, as always!!! He was able to removed some spots in my carpet and it looks like new again. I'll highly recommend this company but asked for Polo, he is very professional and friendly. more

Vance was on time (early actually), very professional and friendly, and did a great job removing stains from my carpet. I had a steam cleaning last year and the stains remained. I was skeptical, but sure enough, the stains are now gone! more

Terrific Customer service, greaat product/service 8/3/2010

Ferdie and team arrived promptly. They explained how carpet dry clean works, we surveyed the areas, they measured, and confirmed the estimate prior to beginning(the estimate was almost exact to the one on the phone) \r we have a chocolate lab who sheds. sheds alot. The fact that they vaccuum first, and that they did such a thorough job on the stairs (which i find tough to do) really made a BIG difference. \r \r They were efficient, friendly, knowledgeable. I wouldnt hesitate to call them again. I have used other companies, and was not impressed, but i will be a regular with Carpet dryclean for sure Pros: Friendly staff, efficient, polite, thorough more

Excellent Service 8/2/2010

Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and results I received. Even though the heavy traffic areas did not lift up completely (sample was done prior to starting), the rest of the carpet looks and feels great. \r \r I had a few areas in my hall where old ""cleaned"" stains reappeared with dark rings around them. Ferdi explained why it happened then completely removed them. \r \r I highly recommend this company and would have used them in the future, but I am moving out of state. Pros: professional, friendly staff, no drying time Cons: cleaning heavy traffic areas on light carpet more

When we began kicking around the idea of selling our home, we knew that the one major obstacle standing in our way was the state of our carpet. In order to remedy the situation, we decided to pursue two options: 1. Replacing our old carpet altogether or 2. Clean things up a bit. After Terry of Carpet Dryclean arrived and conducted a sample test on one of our worst areas, we were heartened to discover that we had an option that wasn't going to cost us a fortune. And although we ultimately decided that we would sell our house faster if we completely replaced our old carpet, Terry was kind enough to recommend folks who could help us out.
