We had been considering replacing our carpets because of the stains on them. Elmer Ramon and his partner Carlos did an excellent job in making these carpets look new again. I was amazed that the stains could be removed, the carpets now look great. These guys saved me lots of money in avoiding purchasing new carpets. I also liked the process - it did not use water, and the carpets were ready to be walked on, 30 minutes after the process. That seemed to a plus with our wool carpets. Pros: Excellent Results more

This company has never let me down. They come during the stated time period and always call when they are on their way. Carlo did a very thorough job and spent extra time on the pathways and tough spots without being asked to do so. The price is very reasonable and the carpet is dry when the job is complete. Be sure to ask for Victor! He was on top of everything. They were nice and on time. They finished the job quickly and professionally. They made sure everything was done properly, listened to every question or concern I had and answered with care and explained everything to me. They care about quality, and you can tell. I would most definitely use them again. If you are still considering whether or not to hire them, give them a call and find out for yourself how nice and knowledgeable they are! This company was very easy to schedule, very helpful in answering questions, called back to confirm appointment, called after appointment to check up on our service received, Miguel Polo was our cleaner and he did an amazing job. Was even willing to come back and help us with an issue with our vaccuum we had that night. The next day we had someone come in and ask us if we had new carpet!!!!!! Our feet even make imprints like it is new! We are thrilled and will go nowhere else. It is a little more costly but well worth it. We have had wet carpet cleaning methods come in but the stains come back after drying. So far that has not happened here and our carpet is the original with our 20 year old house. Ferdi, Dan, and Rolan called ahead to see if coming early would be okay with me. Of course it was! They showed up exactly when they said they would, explained in great detail what the process was (first time to dry cleaning carpets). The three of them made me feel like a VIP with their professionalism and politeness! Elmer Banares just left my home. My carpets look brand new. We had a problem with pet stains on the carpet. Elmer came in treated the stains, cleaned the carpets and left my home looking like the carpet is brand new. I can't thank him enough. He was on time, courteous, polite and very, very professional. Was looking to get my carpets cleaned at a reasonable price due to normal wear and tear and having 4 pets in the home. Polo the gentleman who came out to take care of my carpets was very personable and friendly as well as very knowledgeable. He communicated the process very clearly and was very detailed in delivering expectations and how the Dryclean system works. I prefer there unique system because there is no messy or loud equipment and there is no water so you not waiting all day for the carpets to dry, they can be walked on immediately. I was shocked that Mr. Polo could actually get all the stains out of the carpet. He made it look like new. It raised the pile up on high traffic areas.It is obvious that Mr. Polo is passionate about his work and he loves the product – now I love it too. And don’t burn any candles- the scent of the fresh carpet is so nice you would not want to ruin it with candles- and that says a lot! Mr. Polo has excellent customer service skills and I was comfortable in minutes of his arrival. I called carpet dry clean today at 4pm, after my potty training 2 year old exploded 4 days worth of poop onto my living room. After I had cleaned as much as I could, a technician was at my house at 5pm. Miguel Polo was amazing. First, he said he shouldn't clean, because it hadn't been dry for 24 hours. He did pretreat the stains, at no extra cost, and is coming back tomorrow. The only time I had was early morning, and he agreed to come to my house at 6am. There is no extra charge to me. He went above and beyond to help me. I am blown away with the level of customer service. I bought their ""bucket"" to clean my couch, and I am impressed with how well it cleaned. I am looking forward to a complete cleaning tomorrow!\r \r EDIT: Miguel just left. I cannot believe how clean my carpet is! We've been having it steam cleaned for years, and each time they left, the carpet looked a little more worn, and there were spots that were still there. I assumed they'd never come up. Every single spot came up, the old ones, the new ones, the cat vomit ones, Dr Pepper ones, everything. My carpet looks brand new. He went above and beyond (again), making sure the furniture was exactly like I wanted it, even vacuuming a bit around the room to get the stray ""snow"". We were planning on having to buy new carpet within a year, and after his cleaning, I think we can wait a good while. Once again a great job by Carpet Clean!! I have been using this company for 9 years now. The dry clean method is incredible. No more wet carpets!!
