The Best Carpet Cleaning ever !! 3/13/2010

Carpet Dryclean finished my entire downstairs in less than 30 minutes and the carpet looks like new. No more trying to stay off the carpet for hours and days waiting for it to dry. Good Service, Good Results 3/12/2010

We chose carpet dryclean over the competitors since they use a non-toxic product (we have an infant in the house) and because it is a dry process and didn't want to deal with damp carpets. Carlo was very professional and took the time to explain the process. Our carpets look cleaner than they did before, except for one area that they were unable to remove all of a stain. Carlo explained that the stain had absorbed into the fibers and that hey could try to get the remaining stain out of the carpet, but doing so might damage the carpet. The stained area looked much better than before so we took his advise and left it as is. Pros: Organic Cons: Price more

Excellent results in cleaning carpets 3/11/2010

Excellent process for cleaning carpets. It thoroughly cleans and removes all spots and the carpets aren't left wet for the next 4 hours! It is mess free and the gentlemen are very professional and strive to do good work. Highly recommend this company. we have used carpet dry clean over a 3yr period--and each time we know what we are getting...reliable service and clean carpets. \r \r Elmer and Ramon arrived promptly and their work was tidy and thorough. They are also always respectful and courteous. The carpets look great and because the technique is ""dry"" you can walk on them immediately. They did a excellent job on my carpets made my stairs look like new carpet. Great job! They were early and got the job done, no goofing off just did the job.Also no water involved that is what I love. I would recommend Carpet Dryclean to anyone. A great way to freshen up! 3/8/2010

We had Carpet Dryclean clean all our wall to wall carpet and 3 area rugs. All stains came out and carpets look great and house smells wonderful.\r \r Love that there is no drying time. Miguel Polo did a great job. He spent time explaining process to us and was very thorough in his job. We were dealing with two sick kids at the same time so it was a juggle. \r \r A little on the pricey side, but worth it. Will use them again for sure and request Miguel too. Satisfied with results 3/7/2010

This is the first time I've ever had any rug cleaned professionally. Terry came out and explained the process, moved the furniture I asked to be cleaned under, and only charged for the actual area being cleaned. Charging for just the area cleaned brought the total price under the estimate on the phone. Plus, got some free cleaning solution. Victor, Roland, and Jose were actaually early for my appointment. They demonstrated the process and gave me the price upfront. After cleaning the carpets they made sure they'd cleaned up everything! I called Carpet Dryclean because I have 2 large dogs and my beige carpet was turning brown. I spoke with Earl to determine an appointment time. I was very\r surprised to receive next day service. Vance was my carpet technician. He called prior to time of arrival to confirm the appointment. He demonstrated the carpet cleaning procedure and answered all my questions. During the cleaning process I watched Vance remove the dog hair and dirt. The amount of dog hair coming out of the carpet was crazy. Vance is very professional, detailed, and efficient. He also provided floor care maintenance advice. I would definitely recommend Carpet Dryclean. \r more

From the first phone call I was impressed with this company. The owner Earl answered himself and expained everything and gave me a quote even offering same day service. Terry, the cleaner showed up on time and was friendly, respectful and professional. He did a thorough job and went above and beyond. He moved the furniture, pretreated stains, and vacuumed when he was finished. The carpets have never looked better and the whole house smelled great. He even gave me some cleaning tips I didn't know. I have dogs that shed a lot 3/3/2010

Service crew called ahead of arrival. They came early because I let them. I own 2 dogs that shed constantly. They vacuumed all the hair up before starting the cleaning process. They paid special attention to the stains. I work from home so they worked on my office last. So my day wasn't disrupted for more than 30 minutes. The cleaning product has a pleasant odor so it won't chase you out. The carpets are dry as soon as they are done cleaning so no waiting time before you can walk on them. Best of all the carpets continued to brighten up for 2 days after cleaning. I highly recommend this service. Pros: Polite, Fast and attention to detail more

From the initial call to the completion of the job the quality of work and customer service was excellent. Light colored carpet came clean in areas that I thought would not come clean. Team was very professional and efficient. Process was explained thoroughly, results were demonstrated prior to start of job and satisfaction was guaranteed upon completion. Fantastic Results -- Affordable Prices 2/27/2010

Today we had our carpets cleaned for the 2nd time by M. Polo w/ Carpet Drycleaners, and for the 2nd time he did a fantastic job. The process this company uses is fast, effective, and best of all, DRY! We have 2 dogs and 2 small children so waiting for carpets to dry is impossible around here. These little ""critters"" all make for a lot of spills and messes, and M. Polo always gets them out w/o an issue. The Sponges product they use has a great scent (very light - just smells clean) and it leaves the carpets plush and looking new. (I would recommend purchasing some for yourself - we've used it a lot for little spills in between cleanings.) The carpets also stay much cleaner due to the protectant. This year they weren't nearly as dirty as the previous year, nor did they get as dirty as they would after a traditional steam-cleaning. All in all a wonderful experience!
