Elmer and I believe, Frank, arrived earlier than expected which was a plus for my husband and myself; they approached the problem, which was big, while we did some errands and completed the job in the time they indicated. There was no downtime because no water was used; they were knowledgeable, everything was shipshape when they finished and I won't hesitate to ask for them for the next cleaning. After my cat barfed on the carpet in multiple places we desperately needed some carpet cleaning. A friend had recommended this group and although we have been very happy with other carpet cleaners, we decided to give this a try. Miguel Polo was our technician and did a fabulous job! He was punctual, informative, professional and friendly. He did an incredible job on our carpets got out every stain and even found some that I had not noticed. I appreciated the time he took to explain the process and provide instruction on what to do with stains in the future. Also it was wonderful that the carpets were not wet and we could walk on the immediately after the service was done. I would recommend this group to my friends and I would encourage them to request for MIguel. more

No wet mess or downtime. I liked the whole dissenfectant, ionizing process. Elmer and Frank were the cleaning techs and they were wonderful. Vance Hopkins came to our house on 12/12 to clean our carpets. I found out about Carpet Dryclean from just a random search on the web and really did not have much faith that my carpets could be cleaned. Now I'm upset with myself because I didn't take before and after pictures! My husband and I really thought we were going to have to replace the carpets, so made the appt as a last attempt. UNBELIEVABLE results. People have got to know more about you and the product...it is SUPERB!! I'm so excited about the results and it was a light burber carpet with pet stains that were terrible. Now it is back to a beautiful color with fresh smell....we just painted the inside of the house so now I feel like it is all NEW again! Oh, and let's not forget the customer service. We contacted Carpet Dryclean after having some water damage in the house and thought it would be a good time to get the entire carpets cleaned anyway. They were very friendly and helpful over the phone, and explained their procedures in a way that made me confident they were the right people for the job. We've had numerous stains in our carpet that we could not get out previously with traditional steam cleaning. However, they were able to get them out and our carpet looks like new again. I thought it would be an all-day event to have them clean the carpets, but they were in and out within two hours. We were very happy with the results and invited them back to clean the upstairs as well. We'll be using them again in the future and I encourage you to give them a try! I have used this company for almost ten years and have always received excellent service. I like that their dry cleaning method does not get the carpet and pad wet as some other methods do. The carpet is barely damp and dry within an hour. Their technician Polo is especially good. He always takes extra time with high traffic areas and other trouble spots. Also they leave a container of cleaner that I can use myself between cleanings. I use this service twice a year and really think it has lengthened the life of my carpet. Polo called to say he was on his way and arrived 30 minutes earlier than our slotted time - which was great! \r \r He explained the ""Carpet DryClean"" process thoroughly and gave us a great before-and-after/side-by-side example... and I did not hesitate to have him finish the rest of our carpet after seeing the results.\r \r He checked in with me often to make sure we were satisfied with how things were going. When he finished his work - we were more than satisfied!! On Monday Dec 7, 2009 Terry from Carpet DryClean arrived at the appointed time..right at 9:00am. He explained the steps we would take to get our carpet cleaned. Proceeded to measure, tell us the number of square feet to be cleaned and gave us an estimate. We agreed to the price and he proceeded. He gave special attention to some problem areas and we are very pleased with the total results. Also gave us some tips on cleaning some upholstery questions I had. I'm hoping we don't have to clean soon again but we will definitely call Carpet DryClean and if possible ask them to send Terry. Pros: please with total results Cons: don't know of any more

First time we've tried drycleaning our carpet and I will never go back to steam cleaning after this! The carpet and couch haven't looked this good ever! Fresh clean scent, no drying time, eco friendly, and non toxic! Carlo and Niel were very friendly and professional as was Preston who set up our appt. The owner and his dad were doing the work!! My carpets look great and the pet stains are gone. My media room smells better now that the carpet and upholstery are clean. We had a family crisis the day they were at my house. I'm sure they sensed it. I didn't even know they were there, if it wasn't for the sound of the vacuume.
