After my cat barfed on the carpet in multiple places we desperately needed some carpet cleaning. A friend had recommended this group and although we have been very happy with other carpet cleaners, we decided to give this a try. Miguel Polo was our technician and did a fabulous job! He was punctual, informative, professional and friendly. He did an incredible job on our carpets got out every stain and even found some that I had not noticed. I appreciated the time he took to explain the process and provide instruction on what to do with stains in the future. Also it was wonderful that the carpets were not wet and we could walk on the immediately after the service was done. I would recommend this group to my friends and I would encourage them to request for MIguel.
