On Monday Dec 7, 2009 Terry from Carpet DryClean arrived at the appointed time..right at 9:00am. He explained the steps we would take to get our carpet cleaned. Proceeded to measure, tell us the number of square feet to be cleaned and gave us an estimate. We agreed to the price and he proceeded. He gave special attention to some problem areas and we are very pleased with the total results. Also gave us some tips on cleaning some upholstery questions I had. I'm hoping we don't have to clean soon again but we will definitely call Carpet DryClean and if possible ask them to send Terry.
