Best Decision 11/5/2009

I am beyond satisfied with my decision to use Carpet Dryclean! My home looks like we just moved in to it! They are very professional and take great attention to detail! I will use them again in the future without hesitation! I have two toddlers and two German Shepards that have made a mess of our carpets. You would never know they I had them after this service! Five star all the way! Victor is very professional and I recommend him to anyone! Great job Carpet Dryclean!!! Pros: Everything was perfect! Cons: Not one! more

ON TIME!! Wonderful Job Cleaning Pet/Kid Stains!! 11/5/2009

First of all, I usually make appointments first thing in the morning, that way I am not waiting for the service people because they ran over their time at the previous appointment. This time, in order to get the carpet cleaning done as soon as possible, I went against my own rule and scheduled my appointment for the middle of the day.\r \r Carlo was ON TIME!! Thank you. That shows me that Carpet DryClean values my time as well as their time.\r \r This is the second time I have used Carpet DryClean and I am equally pleased at the job well done. They were even able to get a blood stain out of the rug . . . along with other pet stains, food stains, and juice stains.\r \r The carpet smells better but it isn't that terrible flowery or chemical smell . . . it just smells clean.\r \r I am EXTREMELY happy with their customer service. They were courteous and quiet.\r \r I definitely recommend Carpet DryClean. I will be calling them again in a year (if not sooner).\r \r Thank you. Elmer did an outstanding job 11/4/2009

Our carpet in the den was 8 years old and had never been cleaned. Elmer tested a stained area before he started and most of it came right out. He was very professional and did an excellent job of cleaning up after the job was done. We were pleased with the work. Pros: Immediate dry, got the majority of the stains out. more

Amazing Work 11/3/2009

Carlos and Marlon were so kind. They worked very hard, and tried to get every single stain out, no matter how small or difficult. They didn't take any breaks, and are very trustworthy. Best carpet cleaning in town 11/3/2009

Terry was right on time. He did extra work to make sure as much of the dirt and stains were removed as possible. Carpet looks great -- much better than I expected -- and no ""wet"" to deal with. Terry's work ethic and attitude were like a breath of fresh air -- professional and helpful. But most important was that the results are wonderful -- clean, soft carpets again! Pros: GREAT service and GREAT results Cons: A little higher price but worth it more

Terry, our technician, was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I had two small children home with me and he moved the large piece of furniture. This service is what you want in a carpet cleaner. Pros: Hassle free, removed stains and quick Cons: The carpets do take a while to be completely dry more

Carpet Dryclean has come to our house 3 times. Each time, the workers are friendly. They scheduled our appointment quickly-- within 2 days notice. The carpet cleaning is quick and thorough. Great Carpet Cleaning Solution 10/30/2009

I've used Carpet Dryclean before and they have always done a great job. Today, Mr. Polo cleaned my carpet (did I mention I have a 16 year old cat?) and he did an excellent job. He spent extra time on the carpet to ensure that it was odor free. If you have pets like I have or just need your carpet cleaned, I would highly recommend them. Polo came by on time, demonstrated the carpet cleaning process before providing an estimate. He went to clean what is perhaps the dirtiest carpet ever, removing at least 20 stains of various origin. carpet guy TERRY was prompt, friendly, gentle with the furniture and did a FABULOUS job ! we have three pets and there are is NO evidence of them in the house now... would recommend this GREAT GUY to any and all my friends who need their carpets done!!!! I have used Stanley Steemer in the past and was always disappointed that the carpets were so wet after they were done. I could get my carpets drier by using my own carpet steamer/cleaner, I just never had time to do it myself, so I gave Stanley a try. \r \r Then my husband forwarded the link to the Carpet Dryclean website and I thought that the service they offered had to be too good to be true. I just didn't understand how you could clean a carpet without getting it wet. My husband has some friends in another state who had tried this service or something similiar and swore by it. So, we figured we would give it a try. So glad we did. Everything the website tells you is true. Your carpets are clean, sanitized, and DRY when the crew is finished.\r \r I will be using this company in the future.\r \r Thanks! The spots are gone on our white carpet 10/27/2009
