Victor and Jose were right on time and took extra care to show me a sample of the work to expect before starting. They are courteous and hard working! I have 2 dogs with lots of dust and dander, so their job was definitely cut out for them and I was super pleased:-) Pros: cost, time, effieciency more

Very good carpet cleaning service 10/2/2009

Cleaned large master bedroom and a 8 x 10 area rug in den. Carlo did an excellent job, he is very professional and hard working. Definitiely use Carpet Dryclean. The rug and carpet were dry and ready to be walked on as soon as he was done. I even received a kit to clean up small spills and stains myself. Keep up the good work. I have been a Carpet Dryclean customer for quite some time and I have never been dissapointed. I recently had the pleasure of having Polo and Vance complete my cleaning. To begin, there was a scheduling conflict. The immediately offered alternatives times and came back out the same day! BOTH Polo and Vance were very friendly and courteous. Both were uniformed and identified and introduced themselves and the product in a professional way. The products usage was demonstrated prior to the whole application and all my questins were answered. I will use them again in the future and would recommend them. Great carpet cleaning service! 9/30/2009

Carpet Dryclean did a great job on a wool area rug that I have. It had lots of tough spots and Vance got out every stain! The cleaner smelled good too. Vance did a great job! He was very courteous and helpful. He moved the furniture back into the right place and explained the procedure to me. Highly recommend! Pros: Thorough cleaning, even tough spots! more

Good Cleaning Job 9/30/2009

We had a small job, just stairs and area rugs. We selected them for two reasons: the quick drying time and the “green” method used – we wanted minimal impact on our dogs and our grandchild. The Polo Crew (Miguel and Vance) arrived on time and finished on time. They were both very professional and very friendly. (They got along fine with our two dogs.) The carpet looks very good now and all of the stains came out. We were very satisfied with the job and will use them again. The cost is somewhat higher than traditional methods but was justified given our requirements. Pros: Fast Drying and Green Method Cons: Slightly Higher Cost more

Elmer and Ramon were very professional. They moved furniture and placed the furniture back in the original space. If you don't want to wait for days for your carpet to dry, try the Carpet Dryclean people. I definately will use them again. Pros: I was surprising pleased with their work more

Majority of carpet looks clean, but some spots left 9/27/2009

Overall the carpets look cleaner, but there were some areas in front of the sofa that didn't look clean, and also the stairs still look dull and not a lighter shade. I liked the idea that the carpets were not damp afterwards. Pros: Terry was eager to please, and worked hard Cons: There were some areas and spots that were not removed more

Polo and Vance did a great job on my carpets. They were there on time and went straight to work. They were very professional and friendly. Elmer and Ramon arrived on time, assessed the situation, explained what they were going to do, and did it !!!\r I have three dogs that had made a path between the living room and a window in my bedroom. \r The carpet looks and smeels great ! It also has that soft feel when you walk on it! Like it did when it was new ! (the path is gone)\r I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to my friends. Miguel Polo and his partner Vance of CarpetDryclean (Raleigh, NC 919-878-0748) did a wonderful job on our oriental and walltowall carpets. The rugs and carpet are visibly cleaner, frehser, and no water was involved. The product is also (somewhat) green and anti-bacterial.
