The price was higher than if I had called a ""normal"" carpet cleaner but I loved the idea of the carpet being dry, sanitized and organic (safe for the kids and pets). I was pleasantly surpised at the level of service that I received from Carpet Dryclean. In the past I've used other big-name carpet cleaners and was never pleased because the next day the spots always came back. The two gentlemen who were very friendly and pleasant who were at my home on time, showed me an example first on the worst part of my carpet and I was pleasantly surprised. Elmer Ramon and his partner were curtious, fast and efficient! He even threw in a room for free for purchasing the powder that they use. When I got home from work later that evening..I couldn't believe how clean my carpets were and the smell was wonderful and fresh. Honestly, the carpets looked better then when I first moved in. The results always astound me, the staff is always on time, efficient, and courteous, and the carpets are not wet when they are finished.\r \r Victor and his team were top notch and removed stains I thought were permanent in the carpet. Only one month ago I had my carpets dry cleaned and of course loved it! I agreed to dog sit three ""house broken"" dogs of a friend. Not so smart. After many accidents and the dogs went home, I called Carpet Dry Clean! Elmer and Frank showed up on time and did a fabulous job. I just had my carpets cleaned Saturday by Carpet Dryclean of Raleigh, NC. Carlo and Toni were very professional and took the time to move necessary furniture and clean 2 area rugs and my upstairs carpet. Having 2 dogs and a 4 month old I had several areas that were stained and after being cleaned by Carpet Dryclean it looks almost new again! Now I feel comfortable having my 4 month old on the carpet to crawl and I would definitely recommend anyone that needs clean carpet with no drying time to this company. Pros: No drying time! My family and I just moved to the RTP area. We're weathering the economic storm like many others. My husband has a new job and we needed to move, but haven't sold our other house yet. So we moved into a rental. Rushed to get the kids in school, we found a house to fit our family and moved in a hurry. Upon arrival we noticed how dirty the carpets were. By chance, I saw the Carpet Dryclean website and with my fingers crossed I called and scheduled a cleaning. I couldn't afford to have wet carpets all day so I hoped the ads were true. We had service within two days and the men were great. Terry and Vance were not only professional and informative, but were kind and entertaining as well. The carpets turned out great and I found out that the landlord should have had the carpets professionally cleaned between tenants, so we were able to pass on the costs of cleaning to him. The carpets turned out great, they were immediately usable and the house had a fresh citrus smell for two days. We have been watching the carpet wondering if it would stay clean and they have. We have used ChemDry and several steamer service on several occasions in the past with poor results - initially ""clean"", but wet and then dirty in the same places. I call in the morning and they were on time the same day, they came in and gave a demonstration prior to during the work to see if I would be satisfied. they charge by square feet cleaned (if you have a chair you dont want moved you dont get charged the square feet it takes up). They move the furniture within reason for you. Execelent service and the floor was dry before they left. Highly recommended!!!! Pros: No water used, demonstration before they work is done more
