Miguel was able to remove most of the pet stains in my carpet that I had tried to remove myself and was unable to. He is a pleasure to work with - friendly, efficient, and thorough. I love that the cleaning process is ""dry"" rather than wet. The house smells and looks clean again. Carlo and Marion cleaned my carpert and did a wonderful job. The carpert smelled fresh and was soft to walk on. They were very professional. I didnot talk to anyone when the followup phone called was made, but I had no compliants. Pros: great job more

Carlo and Marlon were at the house about 3 hours cleaning the carpets and area rugs and did an excellent job. The carpets smelled so clean and felt so soft walking on it. EASIEST CARPET CLEANING EVER 7/20/2009

This is the first time I have ever used a dry process and will definitely use your services again. Ferdie was very friendly, informative and professional. The pros at Carpet Dry Clean did a fantastic job! They were thorough and friendly. We have 2 large dogs and 2 small children so, needless to say our carpets needed a lot of TLC. I was pleasantly surprised on the outcome. Our cream colored carpets are cream again!! Pros: Best my caprpets have looked since moving day! Cons: Somewhat pricey more

I have used this company for years and they never disappoint 7/17/2009

I used them just recently after not having my carpets cleaned in over a year. I was sure that they would not be able to do their usual fantastic job because of the length of time I had waited. Boy was I pleasantly surprised. They even removed blueberry stains from my stairs. I won't wait so long next time, but I will certainly always use them. Spotless 7/16/2009

We opted for the waterless dry-chem after reading numerous reviews touting its effectiveness. Although we had our carpets steam cleaned since moving into our home 3 years ago, we were amazed at how much pet hair (from previous homeowner) and other tough stains were removed. The house smelled super clean and we could walk on it immediately. The two gentlemen were very courteous and went about their work with minimal disruption. A Job Well Done! 7/15/2009

Elmer and Ramon arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. They worked quickly and when done, Ramon went back over a couple of badly stained areas to make sure they were as clean as possible. One area looked as if red wine or grape juice had been spilled, and so I did not expect it to come out, while not completely removed, it is 95% better than before. I was really impressed, the carpet looks almost look new! \r \r Thanks, Elmer and Ramon for a job well done! Pros: Carpet is dry; removed smell of cigarette smoking more

The guys (Polo and Vance) showed up on time. Was very descriptive of what the product can do during a demostration. An they chose the worst spot on my carpet to do this.
