Scheduling appointment was easy. Ferdie and another young man arrived on time, dressed nicely, very polite and professional. They worked quickly and I especially liked that I could walk on the carpet immediately after cleaning and its non-toxic to my family AND pets. I was so impressed 7/12/2009

We loved Polo and Vance, great crew and did a great job. We have a chocolate lab and a 10 year old cat. With both of them our carpet especially in the main hallway and our master bedroom take a beating. We have beber carpet which is about 4 to 5 years old and have never had it cleaned before. I was excited to hear that Carpet Dryclean used a dry shampoo system that didn't leave our carpets soaked and is safe for our pets. They were able to remove a bunch of our pet stains not to mention left our carpets smelling fresh. Will definitely refer to friends, family and neighbors. We are putting our house on the market, and wanted to make sure that our carpets were spotless. Carlo and Marlon came by on a Saturday morning (!) and finished our entire house in a little over two hours. They were very friendly and professional, and we appreciated their hard work. The technicians, Carlo and Marlon, were very friendly and worked efficiently and quickly. We have used this service several times over the years and are always pleased with the results. There is no sales pressure to clean additional space that you weren't planning to clean. Pros: Quick; dry product so no waiting to walk on clean carpets more

Excellent fast service 7/9/2009

Elmer and Ramon did a great job of cleaning our whole house of carpets after we completed our master bath re-construction. Construction dust was embedded in all the downstairs carpets. Also the carpets smelled good after completion. Got rid of that 'sheetrock' smell.\r Pros: fast with no 'drying' time Cons: none that I can see more

My carpets have never looked so clean 7/9/2009

With two dogs and a baby, the carpets in my house take a lot of abuse. We've had them cleaned several times in the past by other vendors - the results always looked good at first, but after a week many of the stains would resurface. I contacted Carpet Dryclean on the recommendation of my neighbor. In contrast to other carpet cleaning services, this is truly a DRY clean - no wet carpets - and so far my carpets look much better than they have after past cleanings. When I judge customer service in the Triangle I do it all relative to Carpet Dryclean of Raleigh. They are the gold standard. They are efficient polite and knowledgeable. Fredi & Rolan were the last cleaning crew leaders to clean the carpets at my place and like the previous 2 they only reinforced my excellent opinions of Carpet Dryclean of Raleigh. Amazing results 7/8/2009

I had pet stains that I tried to get out 5-6 times and these guys did an amazing job. Not to mention me and my kids could walk right through the living room when they were done. I highly recommend them. Ask for Elmer! Pros: fast, courteous and did a great job! more

Very Pleased with Experience 7/6/2009

I had a great first experience with Carpet Dryclean. Ferdie and Anthony were very friendly and professional. The end result was great. The carpet looks like new and I loved that my two children and I were able to go use the living room after they were finished. In the past when I have had carpet cleaning it took the whole day for the carpet to dry. The smell of the cleaning product was a little strong immediately afterward, but I just opened the windows and you would have that with any type of carpet cleaning. I will be using them again. victor is great at cleaning carpets and so is the company in general. they are really nice to my cats and that is important to me. most carpet cleaning machines scare cats and carpet dryclean's do not. i love clean carpet. it makes me feel good inside. Pros: nice to cats more

you showed up when you said you would worked quietly and safely treated my home with care. got the stains off of my sofa and carpet left them smelling fresh. great part is that there is no drying time its dry when you leave so there is no chance of tracking dirt back into the carpet. thanks for a great job will tell my friends to ask for elmer when they call carpet dryclean.
