Despite being a little more pricey, this process works as good (if not better) than the ""traditional"" carpet cleaner, combine that with no drying time and it's a no brainer. You get your house back right away (in fact you never give it up) you don't have to leave to wait for drying, and the product is 100% safe for pets and people. If you have children or animals (or both) and if you value your time... there's no better solution for keeping your carpets clean. Carlo and Marlon were fantastic. Fast, courteous, and VERY thorough. Great service 6/22/2009

Victor, Jose, and Jessie did a wonderful job at my house. Our carpets were visibly dirty and now they are as clean and fluffy as can be. The crew was right on time, very polite, and answered all of my questions. previously, i have always done my own steam cleaning or paid others to steam clean. but this beats steam cleaning in every. from the quick response to my online inquiry, the thorough informaiton and helpfulness, the polite and professional workers, to the way my carpets looked and smelled (spots removed too), i am very pleased. will definitely use again. more

Almost like new 6/19/2009

With steam cleaning our carpets seem just as dirty or dirtier within a few weeks. I beleive the dampness left behind just attracts more dirt. But with the dry cleaning process the carpets look cleaner and stay clean for much longer. I'll definitely call them again! Pros: Dry, safe, stays clean longer Cons: The tub of cleaner is very expensive @ $20 more

Great Service, Carpet as Clean as New 6/19/2009

Had an appointment with CarpetDryClean, and they came during the 30 minute window as expected. I explained what I wanted cleaned and they offered to do a sample. Sample looked great, so they did the 2 rooms as planned. 40 minutes later they were finished and the carpet looks almost new. Ferdi and Anthony did a great job, and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their carpet cleaned. Pros: On time, Very efficient, Very clean more

Called Carpet Dry Cleaning on the reccomendation of a friend and boy was she ever right! They were very prompt and courteous. Carlo and Marlon came and did exactly as they stated. Not only was the carpet spotless but the carpet was dry and could be walked on immediately. I highly reccommend Carpet Dry Cleaning and will definitely use them again. Pros: Best Carpet Cleaning more

I got quite a bit of printer ink on my new carpet...there is no longer a trace thanks to Carpet Dry Cleaning Raleigh. They were fast, easy to work with and I could walk on my carpet immediately. Pros: Good work Cons: Minimum of $129 more

Great Job on White Carpet w/High Traffic Areas! 6/18/2009

I had our white carpet cleaned on 6-18-2009. The team that came out was Victor, Jose, and Jesse. Each did an excellent job in their respective roles. Victor was great at explaining everything. He did measurements and a cost estimate first, and asked for my approval before the team began working. He also discussed how to use the free refill of spot cleaner that they provide, and offered me several options for discounts. Jose worked on my steps and Jesse worked on our bonus room, which was the play room. I was totally surprised at how much better both looked! It far exceeded my expectations! I even filled out 10 referral cards for my friends. I would definitely use them again! Pros: Punctual, professional, spent extra time on tough spots Cons: None! more

My carpet looks so clean and feels soft too! One of the nice things about the dry clean method is you can see the results right after they finish cleaning. Great Carpet Cleaning 6/17/2009

Polo and Vance from Carpet Dry Cleaning came and cleaned our student condo today. It hadn't been cleaned (nor are we sure it was ever vacuumed in 4 years) and was in terrible shape! Polo and Vance did a PHENOMENAL job in cleaning the carpet - all stains came out, and it looks as good as new! I would recommend this process and these guys to anyone needing a great carpet cleaning. Ferdi & Joe Did A Great Job 6/16/2009

One of my children got a little ill and ""decorated"" the carpet in the living room with throw-up. I did as best I could, but there were still some stains. In comes Carpet Dryclean. Ferdi & Joe heard my concerns and got the stains and odors out. While they were here, I had them clean the rest of the house for the holidays. Great clean - really quick. more

All stains are GONE! 6/16/2009

Our carpet has not been cleaned in more than five years, and during that time it has accumulated vomitt stains, pet stains, and heavy ""kid wear and tear"". We didn't think cleaning it would help much, but wanted to try. After Carpet Dryclean cleaned the carpets, there is not even one stain remaining on our carpet anywhere! The staff was the most professional I have EVER dealt with, very careful with our furniture, and very eager to please. The dry cleaning process works much better than wet cleaning, and it's much more convenient because you can walk on your carpets right away. I would highly recommend Carpet Dryclean for your toughest carpet stains, and we will definitely not go anywhere else in the future for our own carpet cleaning needs.\r \r more

Miguel and his crew were extremely professional and took the time to explain to process for me. Our carpet had taken a lot of abuse from two different dogs and various spills, but came out looking new. I would definitely recommend them, and will be using them again myself in the future.
