Great cleaning and Professional 6/15/2009

I received several recommendations from other mom's through the Durham Mother's Club. I have used Chem Dry in the past but recently my mom used them and they were less than professional and very pricey. Carpet Dry Cleaning called ahead of their arrival, were professional when they arrived - they reviewed everything with me and the total cost. They got out a big coffee stain from my cream colored carpet. The carpets smell and look great. Because they were dry and since they used eco products, I had no worries about my little one and dogs on them. The company also called a couple of hours after they left to make sure I was pleased, which was very nice. Thank you to the technicians, Carlo and Marlon. Best carpet cleaning for Allergy Sufferers 6/15/2009

We always trust Carpet Dryclean to clean our carpet and rugs. They are always so professional and review the price and evaluate the carpet prior to the cleaning. The annual cleanings really help minimize our son's allergies. Pros: There is no strong odor after cleaning. more

Six kids and six years worth of stains....Gone!!!!! 6/12/2009

We are getting ready to sell our house and the carpets looked so bad I was getting ready to have them replaced. So, I thought I would take a chance on getting them cleaned and making them look a little better. Wow, they look almost new. The stains were horrible, I was hoping to get them 50% cleaner. They are now 100% clean with few to no stains. My wife and all six kids were home when the floors were cleaned. The guys were great with the kids and explained everything they were doing. This company has the best customer service business model I have ever seen. They go way out of their way to keep you happy. Pros: Removed really bad stains more

Great job, good value, highly professional 6/12/2009

From beginning to end they were very professional. Made appointment 1 week in advance. They called an hour before to confirm there more exact time frame, which was within the original time estimate. 2 workers arrived, demonstrated the process, provided a quote. Work was completed on 2 large rooms, hallway and stairs in about an hour. They paid special attention to one room with a cat urine problem. No one can work miracles, so time will tell whether it had any real effect. Would definitely use them again and refer to others. Pros: Clean look and smell, no dry time Cons: None more

The Cleanest Carpet for a Great Price! 6/10/2009

This is the second time that I've had my carpet dry cleaned and Terry and Vance did a great job! My carpet downstairs is only a little over a year old, but with kids and dogs, it gets dirty pretty quickly. Like last time, they left my carpet looking brand new. They took the time to get out the spots, move furniture, and vacuum up everything...they left NO mess. The carpet on my steps is over 10 years old and the dry cleaning made it look revitalized. Both Terry and Vance were professional and very nice...I look forward to seeing them again in a couple of months! I will never have my carpets steam cleaned again! What made this service unique to me is that Elmer and his partner came to our house at the time he said they would. Most services say, ""We'll be there at 2:00"" and usually show up an hour or two late. Pros: On-time, friendly, carpet looked great Cons: Urine odor is still present more

Unbelievable Service! 6/6/2009

I was overwhelmed when I woke in the morning to find I had tracked black oil from a new parking lot surface onto my 4 month old light carpet. Returning home late from work, I walked around the first floor in the dark and headed right up the stairs. Three years under renovation had come down to this moment.\r Within 24 hrs, Victor and Jose were on the job. They were prompt, professional and courteous. The products they used are remarkable! Polo and Vance were just with us yesterday and did an AMAZING job on our carpets which were in dire need of cleaning after six months of kid and dog traffic.
