I've been a customer for seven years or more, and I've always been extremely satisfied with the service. I'm always able to get an appointment promptly, each crew has been very courteous and professional, and my carpets look better than they ever have using the traditional we carpet cleaners. My Carpet Was Spotless!!! 4/15/2009

Carpet Dry Clean service 4/15/2009

Polo was very polite, on time, and extremely thorough. He did a great job with the carpet and left it looking almost new!!! This is the second time that we have used this company and have been very pleased with both experiences. Definitely would recommend !! Pros: Great job on carpet! Much better than steam cleaning with water! 4/13/2009

The service was prompt. Ferdi and Anthony came a soon as I wanted (the day after I called). They were neat and polite. But the best part was the result. I didn't know the carpet could get so clean and like new. Our carpet is 10 years old and has been steam cleaned with water several times. The men who stretched my carpet and are very knowledgeable about carpets advised me against using water on the carpet. I'm so glad they did. I'm thrilled with the results. Done Right the ""First Time"" 4/11/2009

House on market and living out of town, owned home 12 years and never had professionally cleaned. These guys showed up on time, were true professionals with a solid ""work ethic"" not often seen these days. They made the decision do a few sections twice because they were determined to do the ""Best Job"" possible. I would highly recommend you use these guys for all your cleaning needs! more

Made my carpet so fluffy and clean 4/10/2009

Victor and the Jose's came on time and gave the demonstration. I was pleased and had them clean all the carpet in my house. I have a light colored carpet and it cleaned most of it wonderfully. There were a few high traffic areas that did not clean completely by I did not expect those to come all the way clean-they are much better. They can move furniture, clean under and put it right back which makes the process easy. Just a little damp at the end but fluffy and beautiful. Will use them again. Pros: Good with stains, clean under furniture Cons: No clear cons more

They did an outstanding job on my carpet. Carlo and his partner were courteous and meticulous on their work. They obviously love what they are doing. Will ask for this crew the next time. I love the way my carpet looks! 4/9/2009

The Polo crew did a great job on my carpets. I had some old stains that I didn't think would come out but wanted my carpet cleaned anyway. I was happily surprised to find my carpet looking new. Another great thing is that the carpet is dry the same day - that doesn't happen with a steam clean. I have already recommended this service to a friend. Pros: Great product & customer service Cons: none that I can think of more

Carlo and Marlon did a GREAT job on my carpets! Had the whole house done, it took a couple hours and they look great! DRY! Clean! The workers were polite and courteous. Pros: Dry carpet that is very clean Cons: Pricey but worth it more

BEST Carpet cleaning! 4/7/2009

This was a great experience for me and my family. We had our home cleaned and the carpet cleaned at the same time and the Carpet Dryclean crew was excellent. They educated us on maintenance and also did a great job at gettin out stains from our small children. I love that it's dry and we are able to walk on it immediately. Clean but somewhat costly 4/5/2009

I had my carpet cleaned last week for the first time by Carpet Dryclean. Carlo and Marlon were very professional and friendly. I was happy with the service overall. But be prepared! The end price was definitely at the upper end of the what I was quoted over the phone. Pros: Great service, nice folks, carpet looks good Cons: Pretty expensive more
