Caring and Efficient Cleaning Job 5/26/2009

This was our lst cleaning after being in our a new home for 7 years. I like that Polo took the time to explain all they would be doing and how they would do it, plus give us a demonstration. He and Vance were gracious, careful with our things, answered questions thoughtfully.\r Cleaning was through and clean up was efficient. I highly recommend using Carpet Dryclean, Inc. Ferdi and Anthony, the Carpet Dryclean technicians, were knowledgeable and courteous, assessing my needs and those of my carpets. They worked steadily and competitanly as a team. The foam product used left almost no dampness on the carpet and by the time the last room was finished, the first room was completely dry. Good Carpet Cleaning! 5/21/2009

Miguel Polo and Vance did a great job. They cleaned the carpets well and went over any stains that needed a going over. Miguel gave me a tour of the house afterward to show me everything. They seemed to take pride in their work and they left me with the carpet-cleaning powder to use as I need it on stains. I am very satisfied. Pros: Very clean carpets. Excellent customer service. more

Great Carpet Cleaning! 5/19/2009

Our technician, Elmer, did a great job! We had our family room, master bedroom and an upholstered chair cleaned. Having 2 large dogs leaves the carpets pretty soiled and stained. Carpet Drycleaning did a great job of getting these spots out and the chair looks like new. They were right on time and the best part was that there is no drying time for the cleaning process. When the technicians leave your house the carpets are clean and dry. more

Victor, Jose and Jose are the best! They went about productively and efficiently doing the carpets, a large sectional (white!) sofa and ten upholstered chairs. Polo cleaned the carpet in almost all my house today. He did an excellent job, as always!!! He was able to removed some spots in my carpet and it looks like new again; this product is amazing. I'll highly recommend this company but asked for Polo, he is very professional and friendly.\r \r Pros: No drying time, organic product, friendly staff Cons: None! more

Perfect for Pet-friendly Home 5/18/2009

I have two dogs and two cats. Needless to say, the homestead can sometimes get that much-loved feel. While that's all very warm-fuzzy, and to be expected, luckily there's Carpet Dryclean. These guys came through and in a whirlwind of (pet-safe!) white cleaning powder and friendly smiles, our entire home (carpets and upholstery) is fresh-smelling, defurred and about 2 shades lighter. Plus one of Victor's crew had a lovely singing voice - never could figure out which one. Now that's service! Pros: attention to detail, friendly, no waiting for carpets to dry Cons: ?? more

Good work, great service 5/16/2009

The guys who work at this company are detail-oriented, well mannered and good at what they do. They offered to move heavy furniture for us, cleaning a part of the carpet we hadn't planned on cleaning (but are glad we did!). They also left behind (free) some of the cleaning formula they use, in case we need to do touch-ups before their next visit. And our carpet looks much better than before - hard to remove stains are gone. Highly recommended. Pros: Quick and thorough - no wet carpet to deal with more

Fast and clean! 5/15/2009

I had my carpet cleaned a week ago by this company upon the recommendation of my Daughter who kept on bugging me about having my carpet dryclean. the two gentlemen (Carlo & Marlon) were fast and very thorough with their work. I am very happy with the results considering that my carpet is almost 30 years old and had seen better days. I will definitely use them next year. Pros: Carpet was dry! more
