This is the second time that I've had my carpet dry cleaned and Terry and Vance did a great job! My carpet downstairs is only a little over a year old, but with kids and dogs, it gets dirty pretty quickly. Like last time, they left my carpet looking brand new. They took the time to get out the spots, move furniture, and vacuum up everything...they left NO mess. The carpet on my steps is over 10 years old and the dry cleaning made it look revitalized. Both Terry and Vance were professional and very nice...I look forward to seeing them again in a couple of months! I will never have my carpets steam cleaned again!
Pros: No harsh odors, no waiting for carpet to dry, professional
