My family and I just moved to the RTP area. We're weathering the economic storm like many others. My husband has a new job and we needed to move, but haven't sold our other house yet. So we moved into a rental. Rushed to get the kids in school, we found a house to fit our family and moved in a hurry. Upon arrival we noticed how dirty the carpets were. By chance, I saw the Carpet Dryclean website and with my fingers crossed I called and scheduled a cleaning. I couldn't afford to have wet carpets all day so I hoped the ads were true. We had service within two days and the men were great. Terry and Vance were not only professional and informative, but were kind and entertaining as well. The carpets turned out great and I found out that the landlord should have had the carpets professionally cleaned between tenants, so we were able to pass on the costs of cleaning to him. The carpets turned out great, they were immediately usable and the house had a fresh citrus smell for two days. We have been watching the carpet wondering if it would stay clean and they have. We have used ChemDry and several steamer service on several occasions in the past with poor results - initially ""clean"", but wet and then dirty in the same places. We highly recommend Carpet Dryclean. Great job guys, thanks a lot!
