My beige carpet looks new again! 10/14/2009

Victor called when he said he'd call and told me when he would be arriving. Victor and his team (Romy and Herman) arrived on time and the first thing they did was test a very dirty and high traffic area of the rug to show how well the product worked. It immediately cleaned the carpet! I was very impressed. The gentlemen were very thorough and diligent in their cleaning and left the place spotless! Victor was also very patient with answering all the questions I had for him and he made sure I was happy with the service prior to his team leaving. Thanks again for a job well done! Wonderful JOB! 10/11/2009

Polo and the guy he was training came out , and was early the day that I had my carpet cleaned. Polo explained everything to us and gave us a demo first, and then answered all our questions before proceeding, along with how much it was going to cost before they started. They were efficient, very friendly, and the carpet looked GREAT when they were done. I loved the fact that the carpet was not wet, I could walk on it immediately and the fresh clean smell was awesome too. Great green carpet cleaning 10/10/2009

Miguel was very professional and worked so hard to get our carpets cleaned. We had difficult pet stains and smells. Our house smells fresh. The best part is that the cleaner they use is non-toxic! Also, I LOVE the extra container of cleaner you can get for future spots/stains. It is a lifesaver! Pros: Gets rids of pet smells! Cons: n/a more

I will never call Stanley Steemer again!!! 10/9/2009

First, I called on Wedesday and asked for a cleaning on Friday...no problem they told me. I asked for a specific time...no problem again. The two guys, Carlo and Froilan were spectacular. They knew their stuff, they gave me demonstration on my actual carpet and then they made my carpets look better than they did new. I have 3 kids and two dogs and if my mother-inplaw showed up today she would swear we bought new flooring. \r \r They were on time, did what they promised and I was so happy that I scheduled my next appointment before they left. I will never again have dirtgy, muddy or soaked carpets again! Thank you Carpet Dry Clean!!!!! Pros: They actually can deliver the service they claim Cons: Haven't one yet more

Great Carpet Cleaning without any harsh liquids 10/9/2009

We got our move-out cleaning using Carpet DryClean. Our representative (Vance) did an excellent job. No harsh liquid was used and they were very professional and efficient. They were flexible to schedule an appointment at a very short notice. Make sure to provide correct area estimate over the phone such that an accurate estimate of the cost can be provided. Our actual cost was ~100 dollars was more than estimate just because there were some inconsistencies between the estimated and actual area values. But overall they did an excellent job and we would totally use them again. Vance was also very flexible to accomodate last minute requests. Pros: No harsh liquids, very professional, efficient more

My wife and I thought that Victor and his team of Jose and Anthony did an outstanding job on cleaning our carpet. They were very friendly and did a thorough job . Victor and his crew did an excellent job. They arrived when they said they would and were courteous and professional. This was my fourth time with this company and they are keeping my carpets in top shape. It is always amazing to me how they continue to get stains out!!! more

Terry and Vance are two great workers in doing this job and enjoyable to have in your home. They are funny and make sure you are happy with their work when they finish with no pressure.\r I have had my carpet done may times by other people and this had to be the best. I would send them to everyone I could that needs a carpet done and cleaned and all spot came out. I had spot I didn't think they could get out two of them were paint where I turned the can over and that was a year ago and you can't even tell it now from their cleaning. Carpet Dryclean removes nasty stain 10/7/2009

I had a large stain left by a renter on carpet that was less than a year old. Technician did a good job of removing the stain and restoring the carpet. Technician was polite, informed me on what he was doing and why. He worked very diligently and completed 4 rooms in about 2 hours. The results were excellent and the carpet was ready to walk on when he left. Pros: Quick effective removal of stain. Little to no drying time. Cons: None so far. more

It was a pleasure meeting Terry, today! He thoroughly explained in detail how Carpet Dryclean, Inc. cleans the carpet, what is used and my carpet has never been cleaned this good! Victor and his crew member explained the procedure well before getting started. He really made the experience painless by answering all questions upon request. After performing a sampling test, thats when my wife and I realized how immediately the solution works. We were very pleased with the end results. The procedure is cost effective and it works quick. Our carpet was in really bad conditions in some areas, but after applying the solution our carpet appeared to be replenished. Hands down, Carpet Dryclean is the best that I have encountered.
