Great service again and again... 11/13/2009

As a 2x customer, I was very pleased. The appointment process is easy and the office is very accomodating. They were on time (actually early!!) but called as promised so I could meet them. Elmer and Ramon were very professional and did a great job! Fast, professional service w/o the wet carpet!!!! I read earlier where someone thought the owners were writing their own comments - not at all! They simply ask you to fill out the survey and remind you before they leave. Plus there is an incentive (rebate) when you do, so I am sure most people are willing to complete. The rebate, however has no bearing on the type of review given since they don't see your comments....A++ service!!!! I would definitely recommend. Pros: Fast, proffessional, quality service more

It's Friday, 11/12, and Miguel Polo of Carpet Dryclean has just left after cleaning our carpet. Miguel really cares about doing a good job and it showed from the moment he stepped into our home. He is cheerful, professional and worked hard to make longtime spots and stains disappear. He also takes care beforehand to show you what he will do with a short education demo. Miguel's work has made our carpet look much better today than another company's cleaning did more than two years ago. We got our carpets drycleaned by another company about one year ago and the spots appeared again in a days. Not so with this company - and the carpet is nothing fancy, but builder's grade. good dry cleaning 11/10/2009

Good service, good cleaning. Arrived promptly and finished job quickly. Did not move a simple small filing cabinet on wheels, so under that didn't get done. Discovered that after they left--it is very easy to move, so I figured they would do it (I often move it myself). Overall a great job, just be very specific with them ahead of time to agree on what will be moved and what will stay in place. I would recommend them to a friend. Pros: prompt, polite more

Servicemen were on time, pleasant, explained the cleaning process, made best use of their time and the cost of the job was presented up front. They were most accomodating and well trained in the application, especially Neil.\r \r All in all, a pleasant experience and I am pleased with the results. Meguel Polo does great job on my carpet 11/10/2009

This is the 2nd time I remember Miguel Polo cleaning my carpets. Last time he took extra time on a bad stain I had from some candle wax. This year he remembered that I was an artist so we shared some brief mutual encouragement about his art and mine, but he went right to work, did a fantastic job, called because he was going to be just a few minutes late and got the job done quickly and beautifully. We have been in our house about 2 1/2 years and had some spots that kept resurfacing. We were looking for another company and quite by accident ended up on City Search. I read the reviews and was quite impressed. I called them and liked the idea of ""dry"" clean and being able to walk on it immediately.\r \r We arranged an appointment for this morning and Ferdi and Dan arrived right on time. They were very professional. They started to work and in no time, our carpets were clean as a whistle. We will definitely use them again and will recommend them. M. Polo arrived on time! Explained the entire process and cleaned a square to show me exactly the process and what the clean carpet would look like. He cleaned the agreed upon areas with amazing results. I am sooo pleased to have found a service committed to its customers and can deliver a NON toxic cleaning that is safe for my pets and children. What a find! with three small kids and a dog it is great to have carpets clean and dry so quick-- the guys did a fragile orienal, a flor carpet tile rug, and a pottery barn rug that other cleaners had refused to do for fear of damaging all three. results were quick and efficient!
