Carpets were in pretty poor shape before. After the explanation and testing I was sold. The carpet to the clean up job, you couldn't go wrong. This job was a rental and after the stellar job you could have sold it. I will be back, and next time it'll be for the primary residence. Competition learn something from these guys. Elmer and Ramon did a great job 10/26/2009

Elmer and Ramon arrived early before 930, they did a very thorough job, they made sure every inch is covered and paid special attention on the problem area with stains. We have lots of stained area because of our dog, they made sure each of those are gone. We are a family owned/operated commercial and residential real-estate company that was in need of some cleaner carpets due to the mess that was left by a former tenant. Having had experience with the 'competition' (cough-Stanley, etc) we found Carpet DryClean and were impressed by the results and the demonstation. The service by our cleaner Polo, did not only leave satisfaction through his workmanship, but also in his courteousness and taking the time out to explain the process. I called Preston and he set me up for an appointment the next day. Ferdi came on time and cleaned up a carpet in the bedroom that I really thought I was going to have to replace. The last time I cleaned the carpet a steamer company came and it was a mess. The carpet stayed wet for 2 days and it looked horrible. I'll never use steam again. These guys were terrific and my upstairs carpets look better than they have in 4 years. Pros: Speedy and the carpet looks great more

What I really like is the appearance of my carpet. However, a close second is the nice smell. My house smells great, I could entertain tonight. Also they were efficient and in and out in no time. The Greatest Carpet Cleaners EVER! 10/22/2009

I was amazed that I could call and get an appointment for my carpet to be cleaned and get them done the next day. What a service! Victor and Frank came and immediately began showing me what they were going to do and what to expect. It was all very professional. I received so many tips on cleaning the spots that just come with everyday living. Very Friendly but just as important they made the carpet look FANTASTIC!!! This is the best carpet cleaning company 10/19/2009

I got my dirty carpets cleaned and I had low expaectations. I expected that some of the stains or dirt would not come out. When Tony came he explained what he was going to do and then did it quickly and thoroughly. The customer service I receeived from Tony was outstanding. He was very personable and pleasant. He was careful and he provided all the information I needed. And the results, well they were beyond expectations. Boy did he deliver! All the dirt and stains are gone. Friendly service, quality work 10/19/2009

Very friendly from the phone call to the actual service. When he arrived at our house, Miguel Polo did a good job of explaining how the process worked, then he demonstrated it on a very dirty piece of carpet in front of the entrance to the house. It is nice that the floor is not wet when the work is finished. You can move furniture back into place right away. They also encourage you to give feedback by giving them a review on CitySearch. Second time even better! 10/16/2009

I used Carpet Dryclean 19 months ago and had excellent service. I didn't think it could be better. Five stars. This time around I was looking for more stars. I called Carpet Dryclean at the last minute due to another provider, scheduled by my realtor , 'rescheduled' the day before my open house. Preston worked hard to find someone that could come out late in the day. Miguel Polo was kind enough to work late to save my open house and me. Miguel's customer service is impeccable! Incedible carpet cleaning service 10/16/2009

Many thanks to Carpet Dryclean, Inc. to bring my oriental rug back to new condition. My rug had gotten wet in a move and retained a terrible odor while the colors lacked the brightness as when it was first purchased. \r \r I was interested in talking with Carpet Dryclean, Inc. because they use a dryclean process that is child, pet and eco friendly. Both Earl and Miguel were extremely helpful and very kind in their explanations as well as setting my expectations. \r \r Miguel did a fabulous job! He was on time, explained the process as he went, provided tips on maintenance and when he left it looked like I had a brand new rug! The colors were vibrant and the odor was gone! The whole process, from the first call to inquire about pricing/scheduling to the actual cleaning was excellent and hassle free. Honest, up front pricing and a preview guarantee is what sold me. When Polo arrived, he explained the process and demonstrated on the toughest spot to make sure I would be satisfied with the results. I was honestly amazed at the level of stain removal and the fact that it was still dry! When he finished, he made sure I was pleased with all of it before cleaning thoroughly, leaving no indication he had even be there - minus the fresh scent. Our carpets Look Brand New!!!! 10/14/2009

Victor called when he said he'd call and told me when he would be arriving. Victor and his team arrived on time and the first thing they did was test a very dirty and high traffic area of the rug to show how well the product worked. It immediately cleaned the carpet! I was very impressed. Victor was thorough and made sure we like his work, telling us to come look at it and make sure YOUR happy! Victor answered all of our questions. We looked it over when they were finished and found a spot or two and they took they out. Thanks again for a job well done! I will definitely recommend you to all my friends.\r Pros: Great work more
