stunningly clean 1/16/2010

I was very impressed with the two men who arrived to clean the carpet. Elmer and Ramon were professional and in 2 hours had cleaned my second floor carpet. It didn't even look that clean when we moved into the house 10 years ago. the process they used lifted up dirt and stains I thought were there for eternity. Great Carpet Cleaning and Excellent Customer Service. 1/9/2010

We had the carpets in one room, the stairs and upstairs hallway cleaned by Miguel Polo. He was on time and took extra time to explain how their product works. He answered all of questions and was extremely helpful. My wife and I were contemplating replacing the carpet in our living room. With the service provided today we will have saved hundreds of dollars. We will be having Miguel back in a few weeks to do the rest of the house. more

Excellent customer service and product! 1/9/2010

We had our carpets cleaned today by Miguel Polo at Carpet DryClean. Miguel did a fantastic job and made sure we were happy with the job he did before he left. Our carpets were clean and dry after Miguel finished and the house smelled great, too. They don't not use harsh chemicals so cleaning our carpets with this service is better for the environment. I highly recommend Miguel Polo at Carpet Dryclean! Pros: Enthusiastic and helpful Cons: Costs more than traditional carpet cleaning more

Can't say enough about Carpet Dryclean and their associates. This is our second time using their services and they continue to impress. They worked around our schedule and arrived when promised. Miguel was courteous and thorough, taking pride in every aspect of his job which was evident in the results. With two long-haired cats and a carpet staircase under high traffic, we certainly put Carpet Dryclean to the test and are thrilled with the results. Great Service - OK Results 1/3/2010

After not having a great deal of luck with steam cleaning and extracting carpets, I decided to try this different type of service. Customer service was very good. Results were OK, but nothing special, especially since the price is higher than average for carpet cleaners. Stairs didn't look nearly as good as the rest of the floors either. I also don't like the residual dust. I've vacuumed twice since they left (with a top of the line Oreck vacuum), and I still get little white dust particles on all my dark wood furniture. Bottom line is that if you want carpet that you can walk on right away and are into organic everything, you may enjoy this service. Otherwise, it's a toss-up between them and other old-fashioned steam and extraction cleaners. Carpets are New Again! 12/29/2009

I had a number of stains on my carpet and they got every one of those stains out. There is a big difference in how cleaner my carpet looks. I will never use water on my carpet again and will definitely go back to them in a few months since I have more people living in my house now. I have no problem in recommending them too. You won't go wrong in choosing this company. The guys were on time, efficient, professional and friendly. Pros: No add-ons; all services are included in the price. more

Miguel Polo cleaned my very old, very dirty carpets for me and made them look as close to new as is humanly possible. He was meticulous in his work, professional in his manner and went above and beyond what I would have expected. The carpet was dry, clean and fluffy, and the whole house smelled great afterward! This is my second time using this service and I am pleased. It may be a little more expensive than other services, but not by much. Also, there is no drying time, so I don't have to leave with my toddler to give the carpet time to dry - I love that! Josie & Ramon, as well as Ferdi were great!
