Unbelievably Clean and Fresh 2/26/2010

It was amazing that when I called, thinking I could probably get on a schedule for a week out, the very next day at the agreed time, Elmer and Ramon arrived, assessed the furniture and got to work. In practically no time, the suede sofa looked like NEW and the whole room smelled fresh! Even more amazing, we were sitting on it that same afternoon! Excellent Job cleaning my HIGH traffic area carpet 2/25/2010

Miguel Polo was so nice and up beat, I could tell he loves his job. He was very honest about what spots may not come clean but that didn't stop him from going the extra mile working on those troubled spots. I called this morning to have my carpets cleaned and not only did they work me into their schedule, Elmer was early. I love promptness. He took a look at the problem areas and explained the entire process to me. My carpets look great now and best of all, they're dry. I don't have to worry about my dog or my 2 year old getting cleaner all over themselves. I would highly recommend Carpet Dryclean to anyone looking for carpet cleaning. They even got red wine out of my carpet! 2/22/2010

They have cleaned my carpet twice - the first time removing stains like red wine and pet urine that I thought would never come out. The whole process is quick and painless; leaving dry, clean carpet with a fresh orange smell. Much better than the usual cleaners. Pros: Clean carpet, great orange smell more

What initially sold me was that Carpet Dryclean will come out and do a test area to make sure they can successfully clean the carpet before proceeding. If they feel they cannot, there is no charge. They cleaned a carpet that I never thought could be cleaned: massage oils with ground in dirt was the challenge. This was my first time using this service. The technician; Miguel Polo did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable explaining the process in detail and was able to answer my many questions. The price was a little higher than most BUT after seeing the finished product, I had no complaints. I would certainly recommend the services of Carpet Dryclean to friends and family. All the positive reviews tell it all. I was able to call at 10 am and had a technician here at 2pm. It would of been sooner, but they were working around my schedule. I spoke with Earl on the phone and he was very pleasant. \r \r Once the technician arrived (Miguel), I was treated with the up most respect. He was very professional and very thorough. He did a test spot to show me how the product worked and explained it in great detail. Miguel was very patient with me and answered all my questions. There is no doubt that he is good at his job. \r \r The final product was great. The carpets are clean and are dry. I will never clean my own carpets again. Excellent work and pleasant assistance 2/16/2010

The service person, Miguel Polo, was friendly, efficient, clearly attuned to our problems with a pet, and able to eliminate the stains on our carpet. We used this company once before, following a flood that soiled the carpeting and soaked the floor beneath. We were pleased with the results that time and were provided with a pail of cleaning powder to use on spots, etc. thereafter. The products are safe around children and pets, a real concern for us. Miguel was here for nearly two hours, cleaned several rooms and a hallway, and used a sanitizer to help deter our dog from further accidents. Fantastic Carpet cleaning 2/16/2010

The technician arrived on time - looked at the areas that were to be cleaned and gave me a price. The gentleman who came, Miguel Polo, first demonstrated the procedure on a stain in the dining room. Within minutes the stain was gone and the area was dry. I was really impressed with the process and the technician. He did 5 rooms, the stairs, and a loft and was completely finished in 2 hours. He was neat and careful of all my furniture and belongings. He put everything back in its place. I will definitely use this company again and will ask for Miguel by name in the future. Carpet Dryclean will be the only company cleaning my carpet now! I had a great experience from the time Terry walked in the door until he left. He was on time and did a great job. Easy folks to get along with . Service is great and the techs did all they could to please us. The carpets look new and most of all clean. The cleaning includes spot stain removal. I recommend Carpet Dryclean and will use them again in the future, Pros: Easy No Mess Process . more

I am very pleased with Carpet Dryclean,Inc. They by far exceeded my expectations! They were referred to me by a friend who was happy with them, so I figured I'd give them a try. Well... I am glad I did! They were fast, professional, and my carpet looks brand new again. It's only 3 years old, but was starting to look a bit matted down. This fluffed it back up and it looks perfect again. I also have a cat and a baby so I didn't want harsh chemicals used in my home or have my carpet steam cleaned, leaving it soaking wet for hours, possibly ruining it. This did cost more than steam cleaning but is totally worth it! Pros: My carpet looks new again! more
