Excellent customer service and results! 12/23/2009

Please ask for Polo. We happened on this company last year after internet search. I wanted my carpets cleaned as family was coming into town and my niece was still crawling. Our carpets are a light gray, I have twin boys that are now 3, and two dogs..so there were dirt, wear, stains galore. They did so great last year-its like we had a new place! This year, our carpets were terrible again-embarassed to have people over. I had some time off and called and asked for Polo again. My kids were home this time and he was so nice w/them. My carpet looks NEW..it is 8 years old. Best part, as soon as he was finishing up my boys were rolling all over the floor and loving their clean, and now soft again, carpet. THANKS SO MUCH!!! The company to call to clean your carpets. 12/23/2009

Polo did a great job on our carpets! He also did a good job at explaining the cleaning process before he began the job. Our dining room carpet was soiled with stains from our puppy; now the carpet looks extremely clean. Our high traffic areas look great also. I liked that we could walk on the carpets right away - no drying time. I appreciated that Polo arrived ahead of the 2 hour time frame that I selected. Ferdi arrived ontime and was extremely professional. He was realistic about what my expectations should b; in fact, he demonstrated the effectiveness of the service on the worse stain... a pet stain! He assisted me in negotiating the best price and getting the most ""bang for my buck"". The servicemen's honesty and professionalism was wonderful on top of the really deep clean we received. Miguel came in and provided excellent customer service. He was professional and was very realistic in setting expectations for the service to be rendered. He did a fantastic job on the floor considering that my child has spilt numerous things on the floor and I have not cleaned it as quickly as I should have. I would highly recommend this service. Carlos and Foilan from Carpet Dry Clean recently cleaned my carpets. They were able to provide service within a day of my initial phone call, called to ask if they could show up early, and the final price was $50 less than the quote. My carpets look great, including a section with heavy staining, and I was able to purchase a small quantity of their cleaning supply for future spots. Better than Stanley Steemer! 12/19/2009

I was very pleased with the way my berber carpet looked after Victor and his team dry cleaned my carpet. The carpet looked almost they way it did when we first bought it. I could walk on it right away and I did not have to worry about the legs of my couch getting wet. I willl never go back to the traditional carpet cleaning method ever. Our staircase and hallway were very soiled mostly from foot traffic and with this Carpet Dryclean most stains were completely removed. We had some very old dark stains that were much improved with this cleaning. Victor, Rolland and Frank arrived on time after calling in advance, and left the area clean and dry. My carpet had been severely stained while having some work done on the house and I thought it would be hopeless. My husband saw a Carpet Dryclean truck so we called. Elmer and Ramon just left and the carpet looks like new! They did a fabulous job. They move furniture such as sofas and chairs to get to all the hard to reach places. They left everything in top shape. I am thrilled with the job they did and how my carpet looks.
