It was amazing that when I called, thinking I could probably get on a schedule for a week out, the very next day at the agreed time, Elmer and Ramon arrived, assessed the furniture and got to work. In practically no time, the suede sofa looked like NEW and the whole room smelled fresh! Even more amazing, we were sitting on it that same afternoon!
