First of all, I usually make appointments first thing in the morning, that way I am not waiting for the service people because they ran over their time at the previous appointment. This time, in order to get the carpet cleaning done as soon as possible, I went against my own rule and scheduled my appointment for the middle of the day.\r

Carlo was ON TIME!! Thank you. That shows me that Carpet DryClean values my time as well as their time.\r

This is the second time I have used Carpet DryClean and I am equally pleased at the job well done. They were even able to get a blood stain out of the rug . . . along with other pet stains, food stains, and juice stains.\r

The carpet smells better but it isn't that terrible flowery or chemical smell . . . it just smells clean.\r

I am EXTREMELY happy with their customer service. They were courteous and quiet.\r

I definitely recommend Carpet DryClean. I will be calling them again in a year (if not sooner).\r
