Very Pleased Result 7/31/2010

Carlo and Joe arrived right on time in the time frame. they called to set up about 30 minutes before they arrived. our house is a 4 BR 2900 SQFT house took them about 2.5 hour from start to finish. It's a bit pricy but so far i think the service and the result deserved it. they guys and friendly and nice. just a great way to do business. would like to use again. I recently had Carpet DryClean clean my carpet. We've only been in this house a few years, but with several children the carpet was showing a lot of wear. Now, I feel like our carpet is new again. Very Professional 7/29/2010

Carlo & Joe called ahead as promised, then arrived 15 min. early. They got right to work, no fooling around. I had several additional items I requested to be cleaned that were not on the original estimate. Of course, they charged me for those cleanings but I was impressed because they agreed to do them with a cheerful demeanor. Both were very professional. My carpets and 2 chairs look better than they have looked in a very long time. It was expensive but frankly, I didn't have to do a thing and it was worth every penny. Carpet is once again white 7/28/2010

I have had my carpet cleaned by steam in the past and was never really satisfied with the results. It would take a long time to dry and the house would be very humid during that drying period.\r \r I found carpet dryclean by doing a google search and found from the first phone call that they were very easy to work with and they were very up front with the costs and how the process works. \r \r They called ahead of time to confirm when they were going to arrive and they were right on time. Victor and his team were very nice and did a demo on one of the spots on the carpet before even starting to make sure I was happy with the results. \r \r The team got right to work and completed the 4 rooms and a hall in just a couple of hours. My white carpet looks great. Almost as good as new. \r \r I will use Carpet Dryclean again when it is time for another carpet cleaning. Pros: On time, attention to detail and very friendly. more

Great job Victor and crew! 7/28/2010

I wanted to wait a few days to see if my carpet continued to look as great as when the crew left, and it does! The additional cleaner that Victor suggested came in handy when my dog got sick on the carpet the following day. I used the cleaning powder and did what Victor said and stain was gone! Good-bye steam clean - I'll continue to use dry cleaning on my carpets and see no reason to look any further than Carpet Dryclean. Pros: Excellent, professional, quick service. more

Great carpet cleaners 7/23/2010

I have been a customer of Carpet Dryclean for 5 years and they have been consistently good. I have had both my carpets and my couches cleaned, and I can honestly say that this service has helped each survive heavy traffic and a lot of abuse and use by my family and 6-year-old grandson. Elmer and the other technician were both prompt and professional, and they did not mind going back over a few spots that I wanted cleaned further. I will continue to use the services of this company, and I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends. Pros: Affordable price, quick drying time, stains easier to remove more

victor and his crew were absolutely wonderful! more soiled areas and stains were removed than i ever thought possible. victor is very knowledgeable and explained the entire process to me before they got started. eloy and jose were eqally professional, and cleaned up every bit of residual after the job was complete. our rugs look close to new again....i am more than pleased and will be using the company on a semi-anual basis from now on! thanks, guys! we have used Carpet dryclean at least 10 times for multiple rental properties. They always schedule us right away---they are on time--professional--and do a great job. They have made some really BAD carpets look virtually brand new.
