I am in charge of getting the carpets cleaned every year at my job. Usually I am disappointed, this company has really made me a fan. Miguel came to Learning Express to give me an estimate and I knew almost right away that I wanted to go with this company. He was very friendly, and really knew his stuff. He did a sample of the floor (getting up a coffee stain) and really sold me. When he showed up ON TIME and PREPARED to start I was impressed. He offered to help us move around the fixtures and stay after to move them back! My store looks great and smells great too! With customer service like Mr. Polo offers, I can't imagine anyone not being satisfied with this companys work!
Pros: Personable, informative staff, CLEAN carpets, Smells great!
