Ferdi called ahead to tell me he would arrive in 30 minutes and did so about 40 minutes into the 12 - 2 window I was given. He was professional and courteous.
Ferdi assured me the ink and pet stains would be removed and they are gone. I'm totally satisfied with the results and the process and will definitely be a repeat customer. Way better than steam or shampoo. I highly recommend Carpet Dry Clean. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed.
