From initial phone contact to completion of job by Miguel Polo, my experience with ""Carpet Dryclean, Inc."" was a very pleasant experience. Miguel, arrived at scheduled time, and was very competent in explaining in detail what he was going to do. He also demoed product capabilities prior to initiating service, giving me the opportunity to evaluate results before making final commitment. I highly recommend this company and service technician and will use their services again when needed.
